I made this thread for accountability purposes . I will try to update atleast once a month with a recap of the month,results, next month goals etc .I will probably be playing only nl10z for this year we will see . The goal is to mantain a wr between 3 and 6 bb/100 and hit my volume monthly goals with quality a game and stop when dropping quality.

FEBRUARY GOALS

-Play 120k hands(~5hours per day)

-Wake up 4am

-Meditate 10mins before sessions

-Exercise atleast for 15 minutes

Also invest all my winnings into digitalbits($XDB) until the price pops then i will consider investing into some new coin.

And I jinxed it really hard most brutal downswing up to date i wont denie it I was also playing my aggrotard c game maybe around of 5-6 bi of spew in there but it was brutal and swift everytime i bluffed i was bluffing into top of their range and 3b flops never connecting with my hands ALSO I SHOULD STOP HERO CALLING WITH BLOCKERS IN THIS STAKES they rarely bluff and people who do I dont think they are doing it enough that I get exploited by them . I
was in despair mode yesterday i was also considering to transition into plo lol

Also I read a very insightfull post by hlmedia . He was literally saying to not use poker as a dopamine source and find hobbys outside of poker because when you are deprived of dopamine in your downswing it is going to dEstroy your psyche.
I can confirm it yesterday I was a mess .

so here we are after a 50 bi downswing i decided to transition into mtts the grind on cash is soulcrushing battling all this nitregs i am still up on 250k hands around 2bb/100 but its not worth its really depressing my roll is around 350$ I will play mainly on 888 and acr because i am banned from stars avg bi will be around 3$ glgl

yeah i am a bit bipolar lol i will withdraw my roll invest in xdb and deposit 50 dollars in partypoker and try the hudless reg tables.starting from nl2 here we go again

Going forward I will update the thread once a weak with goals
Goals for this weeks:

Play 40k hands

Exercise everyday for atleast 30minutes

Study 1 hour programming

Eat low carb diet
