It was an ordinary day when I decided to play my regular tourneys. So I entered what seemed like $65 20k Gtd. And only when the game was on, I looked at the lobby and suddenly realized it wasn't $65. It was $265! I didn't expect to last long, but I actually made it to the final table finishing 8th. It was amazing.

I've noticed there's been a serious decline of fishes lately and it's getting difficult to find more than one if at all at 9max tables. Sometimes I find myself playing against fellas with 21\9 or smth like that stats. Don't get it how one supposed to stay at NL1k+ these days when waiting lists on smth worth playing are around 10-20 people. It sucks. Hope to see americans soon.

I ended up finishing 3rd in $109 10k gtd mtt. When there were 5 of us left, time seemed to stop running. I mean hands were going slowly, awfully slowly.

Hi everyone.
Since it`s Christmas I'm going to pull something new here! I'll review any 3 hands within NL200 absolutely for free! Just post it here and I'll do the rest. If you have any doubts that I'm not good enough, take a look at this:

The other day i've been thinking about poker fields getting tighter which is not a good sign for a regular player obviously. It's not even the number (or lack there of) of fishes at the table that worries me, but the average skill level of the average player. And available poker information makes that skill higher than ever.
Also we're looking at what can only be described as a ceiling problem when average wait list has become more competetive and difficult to get in. That means a lot of players having reached 5/10-10/20 limits has nowhere to go and therefore the field there is getting tight from above. It's very difficult to get in there though not impossile.

I've read in the news that some russian mtt guy with ABI $0.25 (mostly playing freerolls I guess) won $1 000 000 in $5 Spin-N-Go that had been running for no more than 15 minutes. Lol. Even in 10 years I won't be able to earn that kind of money. Of course that motivates a lot of fishes to keep coming, but in doing so PokerStars forget about regs that has been grinding for example SNG 8-10 hours a day for years, how they feel about all that. I'd say $10k would have still made him and another hundred people more than happy.

In light of recent events I'm interested to know what americans and europeans really think of my country, Russia? I realize not everyone are following the news, but we do talk to our colleagues, friends and families and we are bound to have an opinion on the matter. - it's an agressive country;
- the only counterbalance to USA in modern world;

I'm looking at Pokerstars' lobby and i'm so confused.
There are roughly 100k+ people playing on stars, but so few on nl200-600.
Hey, what is going on? Everybody lost their mind in spin-n-go?

If you look at the big picture, then it becomes clear that poker industry doesn't interested in fishes loosing all their money right away. That is why ads are less like "dep $1k and win $10k" and more like "throw in $100 to get going". Therefore the dep limits and lack of the high stakes in the lobby of most rooms. I think stars will get there as well.

Never been to Russia but seems similar to my country (Serbia) in a lot of things except on a larger scale.Everybody packing guns and ready to fight but good heartwarming people

Hello everyone! It's been almost a week ago but I took third place in $109 mtt rebuy with $25k GTD.
The first place was given $11,051, could have been a nice improvement for my bankroll. Third place still good though I'm dissapointed a bit, because a had a real shot to win the tournament.

I registered in SCOOP $1k Main Event as a gift to myself for becoming 3rd in $100 Bigger. This is going to be my most expensive tournament I've ever played! Look me up and cross fingers for me!

I once tried to sell shares to the tournament with buy-in $200 on some russian forum half a year ago and no one bought it, so i dropped it. I'm not gonna sell 1k even though it's a little tough on my br but it's just one tournament (onetime lol).

I've decided to play nl 1k 9max tables and guess how many hands have I got after 5 days? 304 hands! At this rate I won't be able to reach 10k even at the end of the year.

I didn't ITM in the last 1k tourney, ending up in 1829 place. So my dreams to win a million and retire went out of the window. Oh well, back to my limits.
