Hello everyone, I want to share with you my 20 days result with 50$ deposit on GGpoker

2NL was awful, after like 15k hands finally adapted to their gameplay and started winning, at that time my table got badbeat jackpot, my share was 200$ so it was enough to say f*ck this little guys i want to move up

At 5NL I played only about 2.8k hands, started to adapt and win, said to myself why not to move to 10NL straight away since i got bankroll for it thanks to badbeat jackpot share which i got from 2NL hehe

10NL played only like 1.2k hands i thought i was crushing it so why not to move right away to 25NL

At 25NL things got a bit tricky, i remembered 2NL where i struggled a bit, so it took me some hands to adapt to them, then i was feeling invincible, like impossible to lose so i thought its time to take shots at 50NL

50NL wasn't fun journey tho, this is where i played most of my hands, like 28k+ i expected to crush it but i was struggling a bit, still i was winning, also i got another jackpot share of 900$ since i was playing always 9 tables at same time, cash drops, leaderboard prizes, GG care and so on, so why not to move 100NL since my bankroll allowed me

Here I'm at 100NL, 7k hands, first thoughts were that game is super easy but i struggled to adapt to these players since they play super crazy vs me, they often call my 4BET shoves with 99 or small pair, this is crazy how they just throw chips to gift me but i cant receive since i have worse hand so end up losing lol every time i'm expecting them to fold they call me down with trash hands which are better then mine lol i never experienced such in lower stakes so far, now i'm starting to adapt and win

Gonna continue playing 100NL and see what happens

Hands like this kills me inside, this is clear example when i say i need to adapt to players and how bad they play at 100NL games

Guy goes crazy with nothing over my aggression, even tho i correctly guessed he had no flush and i bet 2 streets at him he still shoved over my bet in the river i had no choice so i folded, he shows J10 offsuit i wanna smack him in the face

And here another "regular" guy 4 bet shoves me with AJ pre flop, i call him with AK and than asks me to run twice, no DUDE you know what i'm gonna do? i will just run once wait for flop and insta EV CASHOUT ON YOU so you wont have a chance to make me lose this hand, this is 100NL not a 2NL, even at 2NL i never saw someone gift chips like this, i see him at leaderboards he is solid regular, why everyone at 100NL has to do this crazy stuff idk

Another reg did pre flop shove with 66, called him with AA but still lost because he got lucky and hit 6 on the flop, this kind of crazy plays and many more makes 100NL grind a bit unstable, they are really terrible players just need to adjust a bit and play solid

In this last session i played 1200 hands i was supposed to win 200$+ but ended with -100$

Here is the graph

Hi, blazar!
As far as I understand, many GG regulars play for rakeback at the expense of leaderboards, drops, and other things.
GG's rake is higher than other rooms and this makes it difficult to have a positive graph after rake deduction.

Anyway, good luck with your challenge and we are waiting for new reports!

Yes, rake seems absurdly high but i was grinding their rakeback system starting from 15% and now I'm getting 41% rake back, this is what is written but i never checked, i read somewhere that there is something hidden in the calculating rakeback so you get less than it's written, i hope not, aiming to gradually grind to 50% at least

Leaderboard seems too easy, since i was getting 3-5th places, scoring 100-150$ everyday, also there are cashdrops, i play 9 tables and this increases my chances that my table gets cash drop, for example biggest cash drop my table got was 1k$ and it was shared to 9 players, usually there is less but it's great anyway

Also when you get cooler or something like that GG registers you on a free tournament flipout 100k$ cash prize everyday, i was getting like 30-50$ from that tourney like everytime i got registered, sometimes i got no prize but 4 times out of 5 i got something

When you play a lot of hands for sure someone from your table will win badbeat jackpot and some money will be shared to all players, i got badbeat jackpot share 3 times so far, 250$, 300$ and last one was from 50NL, i won a hand with AA full house vs QQ full house, i got 950$ prize and the loser got like 3.5k$, if i get this again on 100NL will be even more prize

Basically if you can beat the rake and be at 0/100BB you will still be a winner from those side prizes and rakeback

I played another 1,5k hands today here is the graph

From these 1,5k hands i lost some stupid big pots which i could avoid but still in the end after those loses i break even, i really need to fix some leaks which makes me lose this kind of big pots

Here pre flop i 3bet 19BB with AQs, he just called with AK and we shoved at the flop, maybe i shouldn't even play AQ this aggressively, maybe im doing something wrong im confused

Here someone raised to 5.5BB there was a reraise 19BB and i all in shoved pre flop 108BB, he called with AA i lost, idk man, i'm not even sure i made a mistake here

Here i pre flop raised 3.5BB with JJ someone reraised to 13.5BB i called and the villain had 62BB left so we went all in on low board flop, maybe i shouldn't play JJ so aggressively and just set mine with it, im confused but i could save those money just folding i guess

Here no doubt i blame only myself for playing so careless, it was only 7.5BB raise pre flop and the villain catch the set of 99 on the flop, we checked and A comes on the turn, I bet 12BB and villain shoved so i called another 82BB i had left, i should learn not to lose 82BB on a 20-30BB pot wow just fold just fold just fold what a stupid i am never learn

Here I can't blame myself, i did 19BB reraise pre flop and he called with T8o, can you believe honey? he called with T8o? (Phil Hellmuth impression xD) so i bet big on the flop he shoved and i called, turn comes diamond and i lost, i couldn't even EV cashout on the flop because maybe i wasn't even favorite there lol

Here i 19B reraised preflop with A6s to steal the pot but villain called with AJs, i bet 34BB on the flop (55% pot) and villain shoves, i call another 34BB what i have left and my kicker no good, any advice how could i play this hand better to avoid loss?

Here i called preflop raise of 5bb with AJs, maybe i should have 3bet, passive play is bad, someone bets 7.5B on the flop we all called, turn i donk bet 20BB they all called, 43o guy donk bets big 50BB on the river i called because im stupid, no comment i know i shouldnt have called that

All these hands and some others which i lost with same passion were in this last little session i did today where i played only 1.5k hands, still in the end i was break evenish, but i could won if i learn to fold correctly

I was silent here because i went through horrible run and depression, long story short: started playing poker with 50$ deposit, beat 2NL and gradually increased limits, at peak i had 2800$ bankroll and i was playing 100NL, it happened like short 20 day period so i thought i was crushing it but seems like i wasn't consistent with my gameplay and started losing and losing, i was gradually decreasing limits and was trying to fix leaks in my game but nothing was helping, i was so horrible that in one point my bankroll went back to 100$ from 2800$ peak

Good thing is that even tho my roll was down to 100$ i never made new deposit again to play higher limits, i started from lowest limit again NL2, NL5 and as my roll increased now last 7 days played NL10 20k hands and took some shots at 25NL my rolls is at 500$ now and aiming to play 25NL than 50NL and will be back to 100NL hopefully soon

Played another 3k hands on 25NL, terrible run but managed to recover at the end, bankroll is now 760$

I had downswing mainly because i don't follow patterns that i know is right, on these stakes, regs are too nitty, i need to fold QQ/AK preflop when they 4bet this way i will exploit their nitty tendencies that they 4bet only with AA/KK 95% of cases, also i can consider folding even AA/KK posflop if i face a raise from tight reg or just call one time and see if he second barrels big most likely he flopped a set

I think i know how to crush micro stakes, there are 3 most important things to be consistent with:

#1 and most important is Folding, yes i need to be able fold big hands, a lot of money can be made just by folding, on micro stakes people don't bluff, if they make a move most likely they have it

#2 is value betting, on every turn i need right size of bets to make them pay but size must be optimal also not to give them free cards to draw

#3 is table selection, i need to select tables with at least one fish, well i play 9max deep stack ante games so i can find 2 fishes in one table with higher than 40-50% VPIP if im lucky

Just downloaded Poker Tracker, using trial version, imported hands from NL10

Rake is just insane, maybe because i 3bet a lot and they rake preflop 3bets, look at this:

19,694 hands and rake 385.15$

does this mean rake was 19.55BB per 100 hand? LOL

Yeah if you are 3bet happy guy you pay a ton of rake. And if you happen to play 30bb+ pots then you pay even more. Oh those were ante games. Makes more sense now.

Yes i play 9 max ante games, playing deep 200bb+, most of the time i 3bet since i found out by just calling i invite more people in the pot and gives me less chance to win, most of my pots are 30bb+ and i have stupidly high 3bet% as high as PFR

My fixed rakeback is 35% so if they take rake 19.55BB per 100 hands they should give me back like 6.5BB but i think it's not even close feels more like I'm getting back 2-3bb but if i place on daily leaderboards and get some cashdrops on the table, register to daily 100,000$ flipouts and maybe once in a blue moon win BBJ i think all combined can give me +8-12bb per 100 hands

Imported NL25 hands also, not the best run but clearly gives me a clue about the rake, hands played 16,749 rake 693,20$ this means rake was
16.55bb per 100 hands, lower than 10NL

Overall NL25 run wasn't that bad, just in last session i had really bad luck and tilted a bit too

Blundered few 200BB stack, two times i got raised on low flop, i had overpair, ofc every time they raised they had flopped a set like always nitty regs never raise without a set, i couldnt fold but i knew they had a set, still working on this, next time maybe i will fold.

Folded QQ preflop when tight reg 4bet, hard life on micro stakes dealing with all these nits, also lost another 200BB stack KK vs AA preflop all in but since they are so passive and nitty i fixed my red lane, played some NL10 and NL25 around 3,5kish hands in the end i was crushing it thanks to their nitty tendencies i was fully exploiting it and my red lane skyrocketed

bankroll is 904$ now

Playing 25NL session right now, got dealt JJ vs a fish who had 99, low flop he had less than 100BB stack so when he bet i put him all in, by the river somehow he made a straight so that tilted me a bit because i wanted good start and very next hand i got dealt JJ again on same table someone 3bet and i out of tilt called down his bets till the river even tho Q was present on the board he showed AA, lost like -150BB, things like this always makes me wonder online poker is rigged or not, how is that possible two hands in a row JJ after first got me tilted and someone gets AA...

On the same time, second table a 70VPIP fish was raising 20BB every hand so i got dealt QQ, went all in 200BB stack and another reg snap called he had AA, blundered this a little bit out of tilt, i should have raised 50BB and fold on his shove but since fish was raising every hand i thought no one would have AA in that particular situation so unlucky, thats another -200BB that tilted me even more, that fish kept raising 20BB, few hands later i got dealt AKs and shoved on that fish raise and unlucky again that fish showed KK that lost me 200BB stack again

Still playing this crazy session, tilt gone a bit, won some big pots too, hopefully i will recover, will post results after the session.

First hand you don't rep anything outside of AK that beats AQ. Board is not superscarey because you don't coldcall 22 33 (I hope) here. That is pretty punt but it payed of and you have the same ammount of money again.

It's deep stack ante games so MP1 open raises, MP2 3bets, i know MP1 will call too if i call so i would get amazing odds to call with any pair here or maybe suited connectors since i know if i hit something i may win big 200BB+ pot, calling 10BB here from BB position can be 22 or 33, on flop there are 2 players and my raise should have some strength i may represent a set or flush draw, by the river i can have a flush or full house and if we consider its 25NL most regs know when they face this similar situation from 9 times out of 10 they will make losing call here, if this was like high stakes maybe call would be right but idk he really made losing call in NL25 where all other regs will have something that beats his AQ for sure
