Re: My journey to becoming a millionaire

didn't play any hands yesterday.... had a day off :-/

today has been interesting. agreed to play 5k hands of HU with a Danish friend at 5/10 then talk about it all after the 5k hands. played 1131 hands so far and i'm up 1/2 a buy-in...

not ran in 3 days as had pain in my back, but will be running everyday this week to make up for that.

that's a pretty wise idea! if the hud runs still on play money tables, as i know he uses it, then maybe we could do that..

Re: My journey to becoming a millionaire

Oh, and I am playing on stars more and more, booming some of the hands I play on twitter (coopah88) if you want to follow. Alot easier to boom a hand than it is to do the HH converter etc ...

But will post this sick hand that happened...

Poker Stars, $10/$20 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite. View Hand #14607581

    SB: $2,911.82 (145.6 bb)
    Hero (BB): $3,473.54 (173.7 bb)
    MP: $4,122.07 (206.1 bb)
    CO: $5,256.19 (262.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9 9
MP folds, CO raises to $60, BTN calls $60, SB folds, Hero calls $40

    Flop: ($190) 6 2 Q (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $100, BTN folds, Hero calls $100

    Turn: ($390) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $280, Hero calls $280

    River: ($950) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $780, Hero raises to $2,215, CO raises to $4,816.19, Hero calls $818.54 and is all-in

You get nothing for booming a hand, but it's just an easy way to upload hands to the internet, one click of a mouse and its uploaded, instead of having to go through HEM to find hands then do the uploading sh*t in 2+2 etc...

Think you're getting confused with the promotion on zoom a couple of weeks ago where if you won a certain hand at showdown you got 100bb if you boomed it...

Coopah, great dedication this month and obviously great results to go along with it. What stakes are you predominately playing on stars, other than stars, what euro sites do you like for softer cash games?

thanks! 5/10 & 10/20, i don't have a script or anything so find it hard to join the 5k+ tables there . I also play on ongame (paradise poker) and also signed up to Ipoker (will hill) yesterday.

    Hey man,

How have the last 4 days been going? Are you still ahead of the challenge and did you have any interesting hands or massive pots ($$/BB-wise)?
