That bolded part is pretty much correct.
Idk what my winrates were at the microstakes because it was so long time ago and I had many different databases.. I'd guess 1-2bb/100. And no I didn't use the 100BI rule, back when I started everyone said that 20 buyins is enough so that's what I used till nl200.

I started poker from homegames and we played almost every weekend but these days we play maybe once or twice a year. It's micro stakes and everybody is drinking so I'm not playing very seriously..
