Good luck
It's not about the amount of money, rather just when I don't feel like playing professionally anymore. Absolutely no idea what I'm going to do after poker. Studying is one option.

Which ebooks and stuff do you recommend. I am currently putting some energy into studying. When I started out I studied like crazy before I even started playing for money. Then just playing for years with almost no study. I need to move up a limit to start living comfortably ^^

Do you feel there is a big skill difference between limits? You seem to win about the same bb/100 on all limits. Is moving up mostly about BR, mental toughness and not tilting?

boom baby there ya go
why does everyone have probs with hm? damn this program man

Seeing that you have such a 2006 hud. How often do you check your popups? I mean don't you think having more positional stats/more specific stats in your hud would be better?

Yup those but ofc there is a difference between the regs if you play 1/2 or 10/20.

Tbh I've never been very good at studying the game. Small stakes holdem by ed miller and let there be range from dailyvariance helped me but not sure if those are up to date since it was years ago when I read them.

Why is it so common to ask for girlfriend's pics in a poker forum's threads?

Do you still grind for 5hours straight?
Do you lose focus after 2-3hours or you can maintain your A game the whole time?

Yeah 5h+. If I lose focus it happens at the end when I start to get hungry and/or tired.. But usually then I drop down to less tables.

Edit: And no need to talk about A-game, it hasn't been around for a while now. (Hopefully getting there soon enough).

Giev when you started as a pro at 200NL with 20k, how much were your monthly expenses at the time? Did you have to withdraw from your roll each month or had you put some expenses aside? In the first six months how much did you make on average each month? Just trying to get an insight into growing a bankroll while having real world expenses. Thanks as ever.

My expenses were something like $1k/month and my bankroll was all the money I had. First couple of months I didn't make much. Probably something like 1-2k and that came from RB but pretty soon I started to win more.

I hate posting cause I always feel like i'm being an ass, and I probably am... but one thing that has stuck with me that would stop me making a PG&C thread is a quote from Friedrich Nietzsche which says: "One no longer loves ones knowledge enough once one has communicated it" And another one for luck - "Do not forget, The higher we fly the smaller we seem in the eyes of him who cannot fly" The other thing about poker that pisses me off is that someone who is truly superior in the game constantly has to play vs opponents who aren't worthy of him - another Nietasche quote - "All company is bad company except the company of ones equals" I guess there's a reason they are called "Villains"

i'll shut up now for the reason stated above!
