Hi God, ops... Giev

Couple of questions if You don't mind:

- Do You still like, if You ever did, poker? (With "like" I don't strictly mean "enjoy", just like, as a job, usually people don't enjoy working, but they still can like It)

- Do You have a stop loss below which You would quit poker? (I mean quit poker professionaly, not the session)

- How much rakeback do You make in average monthly?

Thank You so much if You answer and sorry to take Your time for silly questions, but I'm curious

1. I have a hate/love relationship with poker. Some times I hate it so much that idk why I'm playing (=downswing) and sometimes it's the easiest and most fun job ever (=upswing). But for sure I get more negative feelings from poker when I'm playing. Ofc away from the tables when I look at the big picture I can't really complain and that's why I keep playing even if I sometimes hate the game.

2. Nah as long as I think I can win I'll play. But if I'd have 1mirrion downswing I might think I'm no longer a winning player and quit, idk.

3. No idea.

Nice day Giev!!

Hope you even your downswing in this month and have a winning month.

I have few questions to ask, hope you can answer :

1.How many hrs/day and days/week do you average spend on poker (including grinding.studying.review...), and is the grinding schedule fixed everyday ?

2.How do you use the money you win, do you invest it, save it or do something else, and how many buy-in do you usually put on one account?

1.can u tell me whats ur hourly for this year?

2. Do u think if you would start poker now agian as a total beginner
you would make it again this far? Or is it more unlikely because of
legislation, games gettin tougher etc.

1. 6-10h day and mostly 5 days/week. Grinding schedule is almost same every day.

2. Invest. How many buy ins I have depends how much I play on the site.. The more I play the more I have obv but it doesn't really matter that much since if I don't have enough somewhere I just deposit more.

1. I'll look tomorrow.

2. I guess it depends how much games will change in next ~5 years. If they wouldn't change at all it would be possible but if they get worse/harder it's very unlikely.

Your picture of your setup didn't come up. Can you take a new picture?

How many tables do you play in average?

Since fish to reg ratio gets smaller I'd say games are getting harder.

hey man, i always wondered about that and for other pros that play at 100/200 or even higher..u said u stick to 100bi for brm at every stake u play, but do u have really 100bi for that level?or it doesnt matter that much cause this games rarely run so at best ull play one table there for like once a week,so ull be ok with even less bi's

100buyins for the games that can be played daily imo. Tbh less than 100 can be ok too as long as you know when to move down.

Good question actually, I often thought of that.

I think very few people who plays those games regularly is 100+bi rolled (For 100/200, 200/400 w/e).

I think even Galfond says he often played 300/600 PLO with like 30BI or something.

If you're only going to play a stake for 10k hands in a year or something, I think you really don't need that many buyins, and especially if you have a stoploss etc... and are willing to move down, you could get away with like 30BI or something. Obviously this is going to be dependent on how comfortable you are with it, as you don't wanna play with 30BI if it's going to affect how you play at that stake.

Actually, Giev, say you are guaranteed the jesus seat on a -40bb/100 fish. The game is 200/400. Your main stakes are 10/20-50/100 (which I guess is your current situation), what is the minimum amount of money (or buy-ins) you would need to have to play in that game ? How much does your decision change by if you have the worst seat on the table ? Or fish is only -20bb/100
