CO: $326.00
BTN: $400.00
SB: $400.00

Pre Flop: ($6.00) Hero is BB with 3 9
CO calls $4, 1 fold, SB calls $2, Hero checks

Flop: ($12.00) T 9 9 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8, CO raises to $20, SB folds, Hero calls $12

Turn: ($52.00) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $36, Hero calls $36

River: ($124.00) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $266 all in, Hero folds

Final Pot: $124.00
CO wins $122.50
(Rake: $1.50)

CO is completely unknown. What would be the worst hand to call with here? J9 maybe?

to answer guev's question, if we put villain on exclusively 9x which is possible but not 100% probable we can start calling with Q9. we need just over 40% equity vs his range which j9 doesnt have. only if he takes this same line with QJ, J8 KJ AND KJ every single time, J9 becomes a slight breakeven call. i wouldnt exactly assume an unknown often decides to go this batsht crazy with more pure bluffs so i d think 4 combos of possible bluffs seems about right. so we can call Q9+ here

(i assumed random's imp range that does this for value with is 96s+, 98o+)

Giev, i am interested in your bankroll management particularly when you were moving 200NL-600NL how many buy ins did you have? did it tilt you more when losing playing less optimally rolled then not? or was the difference minimal.
Where you 100% sure you could beat the games instead of shot taking (large samples etc) you just came from instead of shot taking new limits?

Against a guy who limps CO, has less than 100bb and plays like that I snapcall river. If he has better nine then gg, it's not gonna take long to win those $$$ back anyway.

Sorry don't understand the bolded part but I used 100 buy in brm and yes it's less tilting to lose with proper bankroll.

Yeah sorry the sentenses are prob not very good not my native language, let me rephrase it would you ever move up without having a large sample of beating your current stake?
like you have a massive heater at 600nl and now have 100k to play with but only played like 30k hands and just lol godmoded in those hands, would you move up or stay at 600nl for a while longer.

kind of a pointless question, it depends on your motivation. maximizing earn vs maximizing learning vs maximizing risk adjusted earn, your own risk aversion and your own ability to replenish your roll being considerations. ie, it depends.

I agree what smellmuth said. I actually kinda skipped 600nl. I played less than 20k hands there and took a shot at 1knl, ran good and never moved down.

Yup I use hud. Stats I look most are VPIP/PFR/3bet.

Have been running very bad and therefore not playing my A-game since I feel like it doesn't matter what button I click because it's the wrong one etc etc. Hopefully I'll start running better soon.

Your redline depends immensly on how you run. In the past my redline was always negative but I would get stretches of 30k+ hands where it was positive.

This is graph since the day I made this thread. Kinda puts in perspective my latest 'downswing'. I know I shouldn't care about the short term results but it's just so damn hard not to.
