My goals and looking for suggestions where I should spend my $$$ and time studying My goals and looking for suggestions where I should spend my $$$ and time studying

In my poker journey I feel that I "know what I don't know" and would like suggestions where to put time and energy (and money) into studying.

Can someone help or direct me to help determine what tools I should pay for?

There are so many options for solvers, training sites, etc that I would like to make an informed decision before spending money on the wrong tools.

For context I am a 2/5-10/20 player to the tune of $50-150/hr (10/20 is usually 5/10 with straddles but I've played a decent amount above 5/10 so it's included. $50-150 range indicates when l travel and play in more favorable games than my local game (the range is not due to stakes). Overall average is $50/hr and the majority is 2/5. Local game is spread limit so somewhat smaller.

I play vast majority cash games but with more than a dozen and less than 2 dozen tournaments I have $35/hr and 100 hours in tournaments and just under $24k lifetime tournament wins.

My goals are to delve into solvers so that I have a confident and thorough understanding of GTO play as a baseline to deviate from.

Goals of my studying include

To beat live high stakes holdem (and PLO) cash games. I currently play an exploitable, entertaining, read-based style and would like to improve that to the best of my ability. I want to play like Garrett Adelstein (I'm sure there's other crushers as good or better, but that's the idea). I would hopefulyl like to play on live streams with a style that will win big, be entertaining, and get invited back. I would be open to playing online if it helps this goal or is an important step to improve.

I would like to improve at tournament play. I have not spent much time in tournament-specific study because while the fields are soft, I've always felt the swings/income is unreliable. As I realize the networking, entertainment, and business side of playing poker I realize there is value in having tournament wins. And I want a bracelet and glory.

I would like to improve at PLO and 5 card PLO. I play in some games on apps that are mostly PLO, 5 card PLO or variations. I also have been invited to a quite juicy 4&5 card PLO 25/50 home game, so it would be worthwhile to improve at this. I love phil galfond's training and plan to use run it once and may look into J Nandez' site as well.

I would like to improve at heads up (again mostly holdem). I feel it is another pillar (like GTO) that it is important to have a strong knowledge about as a base so you can deviate when appropriate and to help understand how a game changes as it gets short. Also I would like to feel supremely confident whenever I get challenged to a heads up match live.

I would like to spend $1-2k on solvers and training sites and am good with spending up to $5k if the investment is worthwhile. I understand many of these things have subscriptions but that's a general ballpark. Would be happy to spend up to a couple hundred in monthly subscriptions, but a thousand is uncomfortable unless it's very temporary or if I will make enough playing to make up for it.

I am open to other suggestions as well, such as how I should spend my time, if I should hire a one-on-one with a coach, if I should attempt to spend more time playing online (somewhat difficult for me where I live)

I was going to start off looking at solved pre-flop position charts, and then get a solver and start playing around. I enjoyed using GTO wizard. I enjoy Run it Once, but it is more geared to PLO. Would love a recommendation that is similar to that but holdem. The main thing I am unsure of is which combination of solver software I should get.

Thank you to anyone who read this, and thanks again to anyone who can offer suggestions.
