Hello,

I'm going to try one of these things myself, to minimize spamming in other threads and maximize motivation for myself.

I play on Ipoker, trying to beat 10NL, doing very moderately, which i hope to improve a lot in the upcoming months.

After few months on this site, I passed the 100k hands mark the other day and here are the results:

and 10NL graph:

I'm also a poor man, so i cash out 20, 50€ here and there which is also keeping me from growing my bankroll at the fastest speed possible, which i also hope to minimize in the future, but that depends on some other real life factors which I'm not going to discuss here.

tl;dr:

Winning under 10NL
Struggling on 10NL
Gonna work on that
Roll about ~ 500$

played 2 short sessions today, each about an hour long. put in about 1k hands, ended up about 25$.

have a lot of hands on this guy. not sure what he flats the c/r with and turn bet. i do have a read he opens 3x with marginal hands and usually folds to 3bet and 3.5x when has a stronger holding. I think he folds turn w Tx. Maybe a better play would be to flat flop, he barrels turn about 50%.

heh, i'm a bankroll nit so i prefer to take it slow and make sure i beat the level first. Helps with my tilt issues too. But 20$ is only 3$ more than 10 pounds and I play those already, so i could mix in a few tables, i guess.

Sweat will def happen, scooby, looking forward to it.

Mick, PM me your skype if you want, i'd def like to get some notes on regs

this is an aspect i need to work on too - note taking and more importantly exploiting their tendencies.

my biggest problem so far is playing vs aggrro ****** monkeys w 3bet 10%+.

this guy resteals > 40%; 3bets 11%; 23% from SB over > 300 hands.

what range do we call 3bet, what range do we 4bet him?

so far these guys are my biggest problem, because im a nit and don't 4/5/6 bet bluff w blockers, like they do and when i decide to do it, they have the top of their range. so far they are getting the best of me.

meh, too big swings for me. and ****ty volume. i was so happy on 5nl. was at least +ev. im a rb pro here.

in the JJ hand i think especially given that BB seems to be a monkey flatting rather than 3-betting is good (it would be good against that tight an UTG raiser anyway, but the fact that the BB might squeeze behind us and we get to see how UTG responds is awesome for us).

now that BB squeezes and UTG folds i would backraise all day every day.

mother****ing ******ed monkeys getting lucky all the time. every time the same, either 3bet 15%+ and get ****ty flopping trips, sets and whatnot or limp/calling every god damn hand and donking every god damn flop. this wouldn't even be so bad if i actually hit something, for ****s sake. even had a stretch of 50 hands or so when i flopped a few sets. didn't get action one single time. a guy who cbets 95% over > 200 hands c/f on me like its nothing.
