Where do you feel you stand at 100z overall? What would you guess your winrate is right now? Where do you think most leaks are in the pool?
GL mate
When it comes to the brazilian guys, these guys are completely new at 100z. But probably a CFP since they play closer to "GTO" than the pool (4bing depolarized ranges from early positions, overbetting postflop a lot, etc). They are for sure tougher to play than the average 100z reg.
Below you can see my WR for 100z this year. WR could be slightly higher I guess, but tbh I don´t think that even this sample size is enough to know your "true" winrate. Variance is crazy and I could probably be a 1-5bb winner in the long run. I think my theoretical understanding of the game is above the average 100z reg, but then on the other side I strugge a lot with mental game issues which often leads that I can´t transfer my knowledge to the tables. Having a full time job and working 40h/week doesn´t really help.
I think over reliable samples sizes (probably 500k+ hands, but could be off here) a decent 100z WR is 3bb+ imo. 5-6bb is possible but very difficult to achive and I think over reliable samples very rare at 100z.
Most common mistakes:
1)
underbluffing immensely (I would have way more money if I could forget about "Ah I am top of my range, if I don´t call this I don´t call anything"). Overfolding is the best advice that I can give you. I know a lot of people are sceptical about this one, but that´s just my experience. When 98% of the player pool is playing something like 21/18/8 you will not get surprised very often
.
2) Overcalling in big pots. I know sounds weird when you mention point 1.
3) In general playing very faced up. A good example would be checking ranges. Turn probes print money.
GL with your next shot. Pretty sure you will crush 100z!
