So. I never thought id be in a position to make 6 figures in 3 months, **** i was kind of trying to reach the milestone of doing it in a year. Well it happened, and i have doubled and tripled down on the studying approach that got me there, i made some re-investments in making my entire process more efficient and soon ill have the last piece of the puzzle.

I was going to say im very excited to see what this year has in store and it just smacks me in the face with making 24k or something my first 5 sessions, but i was feeling reallllllly worn out, depression starting to sneak in and overall not doing great.

Its ****ing hard to improve on these things, but i will go about it the same way i do poker which is basically implement the habit, replacing an old bad one, and then just slowly and surely finetuning it in a pace which i feel is not overwhelming. For now takiing a few more days just mainly off poker to get my head straight. Strugling a lotttttt with low self esteem and toxic thoughts towards my self and feel like i have some reading, reflecting and remininding myself of what matters to do. I have no doubt 2024 holds alot of possibilities and room for improvement and i will be ready to do my part.

Played 3-400 mtts where i made some but not alot (and some rb) and had a pretty fokin clean one today



I have had one losing session this year and i think i played in total 21 sessions. Currently almost smashed my previous best month by almost 3x and yeah.... Poker is going absurdly well results wise, which obviously helps me get options to get out of this depressed stuck at home mess poker can make u sometime. I stayed home all winter to grind & study to prove to myself i can be discipined and do some damage when i commit myself to it, and it sure payed off. Just bought a new solid laptop so looking go to thailand probably for 2-3 months and then seriously have to relocate at some point as this conutry will make anyone depressed most of the year, but lacking alot of good options within europe afaik, looking at croatia for now mainly.

I dont really have much interesting to say, and am half asleep so blom out

Thanks guys, I wanted to keep this one alive but after reaching out to the lawyer mod who volunteeeeeeeeers! and trying to kind of squash the hostility like grown ups and got a somewhat lackluster response back, and instantly my stubborn ****ing brain just refuses to do anything to help this incredibly dead forum stay alive.

I really wish i wasnt bothered by people who i really shouldnt take seriously, but im human and i still am annoyed with that whole thing, making me not want to put in any effort to try and keep this alive. Idk, im ******ed guys.

Took most of feb off, was in spain for 2 weeks and just got back to grinding. Im not sure i have much interesting to offer here other than results here n there which is pretty foking boring imo, kind of thinking to just write all my stupid ass thoughts whatever it may be , tilt, well yeah, mostly what tilts me...

I do try to focus on positive things and share videos/podcasts/sources of information that i find genuinely helpful, believe it or not under all this rambling i do care about helping people out (FOR FREE GUYS!!!!!!1111) but given the people i have put effort in to from here (wrt coaching etc) ive been berated beyond belief, ghosted by 2 (or 3?) who also didnt pay a single cent and yeah, long story short i still havent somehow understood that a vast majority of people are genuinely only interested in themselves and have little/no moral compass at all. Not trying to say im perfect myself but **** me people do put in a solid effort in killing the last little bit of hope in humanity i have sometimes.

Im really ****ing tired and annoyed because of all these snake oil salesmen in this industry so here is a list of training sites etc (what the **** is up with peoples coaching/"training sites" rates?
I may come across as toxic but my intentions are good (i want to tell people not to overpay such insane amounts for garbage like this, also im not signed up to most of them for obvious reasons so **** do i know, but heres my take on a few i saw recently:

A few i saw recently that is beyond batshit crazy:

First of all, lets start with mr charlie carrel. For all the talk about love and compassion it sure is rich to have a ****ing portrait of himself looking like some mathematician and then charging damn near $1500 for some videos about him trying to grind up 50$ to 10k or some **** as half the content? I saw some reddit post that said it best

"I don't really see the point of these challenges by such accomplished players. Is it advertising?
World class player with 2mm+ in winnings can grind up $50 to 10k. Big surprise"

On his "masterclass" webiste, mr exploit himself says "Whenever I watch other coaching content I am shocked. Huge numbers of talented poker players are limited in their progression because of poor teaching. Players are expected to memorize solver sheets, opening ranges, betting frequencies, without any true understanding of why."

Which is beyond nonsensical, anyone telling you to memorize a "solver sheet" (output i guess?) is obviously disqualified to teach anyone anything, and it also just seems like a blatant misinformation/make others look worse kinda thing to say, he then says its weird to memorize opening ranges, not even going to touch on that but its obviously ****ing very important to know them, even if you want to raise 60% and bet bet 50x pot jam every board bEcaAUseE yOuR eXpLOtIng nl50 m8.

He goes on and says "I created this masterclass to teach you the 'why'. By the end of it you'll have the tools to work things out for yourself. I want to reprogram the way you think about poker."
Ill just say this: For one, since his 1500$ masterclass in his own words targets lowstakes players primarily, it seems pretty ****ing important to start out with remembering opening ranges, and no you dont need to know why. There is this delusion that you need to know every ***** aspect of everything in this game, whereas just memorizing RFIS actually is an insanely good ground lay for any preflop game, guess what, when you have them memorized you are VERY welcome to deviate from those ranges that you have now learned. You dont need to know why X hand opens all the time. Just stop.

In his own words, those videos are supposed to "take you through his systems to crush nl2-nl25". I mean for **** sake, you dont need any ****ing masterclass for that if you put some small amount of effort in with free content and actually apply yourself, but atleast he will learn how to label opponents and u can rail him playing high-intensity micro stakes sessions!

Dont buy that ****.

On top of that, obviously the testimonials are from online crushers such as gripsed.... Doubt he beats nl25 even with charlies high intensity micro videos.

Lastly

Enough with this ****ing community bullshit. Yeah u charge ppl 1500$, oh u made them a discord servers where they can post hands to other guys stupid enough to buy this ****? The entire thing just gives vibes of him doing the poker world a huge favour, he jus wants to give baaaaaack! Enough with this bullshit. Obviously a money grab, which is the only thing that doesnt make sense to me because i was under the impression he was loaded. If you wanted to give back, how about dont charge nl25 players a overrolled bankroll for those stakes, or even more crazy: dont ****ing charge them since its all about GIVING BACK! right?

Oh well, on to the next one.

Another one, and this one just keeps popping up on my youtube and because i hate myself i sometimes click and yeah, its ****ing ridic.
Mr "save 700 quid if u buy it all", who doesnt have a graph hes even beating nl100/200 which he somehow keeps informing people how to beat, whilst charging ****ing 1300 quid or some **** like that for his "scholarship" and the guy also (this makes my blood boil) has the nerve to charge 250 pounds an hour for coaching, i mean if you cant prove you beat even 100z or 200z this is just a scam, i dont care how ****ing "well wersed he is in theory" (guess what, if he was so ****ing good he would be playing and not hardly playing at all whilst pushing this product. "Its an easier life/job than grinding" is not an acceptable answer, and i do think you can be good theoretically even though you play extremely limited volume, however as a rule of thumb there are coaches out there who 1) are crushing games they are teaching u to crush and 2) dont charge extortion rates.

He also manages to say flat out you will struggle to find a more experienced coach, maybe in the sense that no one has coached as much as him which is about as useful information as his eye colour. Who gives a **** how much time you spent coaching, the quality of it is what matters and frankly his quality is pretty impressively bad if he is so experienced as a coach that few others can touch him there.

"Pete doesn’t have the time to put in any relevant volume at the moment as he spends all of his professional time on his teaching business. Therefore, he does not have a recent graph over a big enough sample to serve as reliable evidence of true win-rate. This site used to have a graph of Pete’s older results from when he played higher volume but it was taken down because it had become quite dated."

And also says "I have been a solid winner for the last decade, constantly putting in many hours of study each week to keep my game up to date and sharp."
So based on the information i have that means he used to win at 50-100(maybe 200?)nl a while back and now since he is such an expert theoretician he doesnt even have a graph to show that he is a solid winner.

Dont buy this ****, just use free resources, get some basic software and become an "expert teoretician" yourself, there, instead of saving 700 pounds on his stupid offer i just saved u 1400 or whatever the **** it costs. Ludacris. The guy charges 250 POUNDS per hour and cant provide a graph that beats 100nl or 200nl. Also his youtube tilts the **** out of me. That one is on me tho, ***** tilting but yea.

I read something about his challenge where he had some delusions about winnnig at a absolutely unreal winrate on gg zoom, although im not sure he actually said that ****, but if he did, its a good indication how out of touch he is with online poker at all and also his skillset.

Honestly, if you cant provide your poker results even considering being a coach is pretty wild but to charge these extortionate rates is just.. something else. Tilts me.


And the absolute clear number 1, although kind of doesnt count because they are americans so its kind of expected (yes, there are very good americans too! These fellas aint it tho, sometimes i think they are just on some next level troll with the bs they spew, but as with every ****ing other thing in the world its just about making money, thats all everything is about. Money money money money. **** you. Solve 4 why. The **** these guys say about contracting their range so the electicity of the nut part will subortinate villains options in defending or whatever bullshit made up words they use to sound smart as they are playing 250bb deep and 4betting J4o, like what the **** is this ****. Then they charge ****ing 4 thousand DOLLARS for a 3 day live academy or whatever bs they call it. How do these people sleep at night lol.

im sure there are plenty **** ones out there that i havent ran across. I remember some video of Assasinato or wtf his SN is talking for 20 min about flop sizing in a spot without once managing to mention the actual correct sizing, however he did more importantly manage to mentioned the navy seals. Lmfao.

I dont really use any sites frequently although i own basically all the big ones (wouldnt pay for those above with a guns to my head) because i remember being lost and tricked by these guys who sell ridiciously overpriced services that lack much quality to actually make it worth it, and i was for the longest time thinking this **** is too complex, too difficult so i have to find these sites where the experts are. Bitch guess what, except for runitonce (so i hear, havent used that in years, but they are pretty damn legit afaik) these sites will rarely be worth your time and also not your money, i would suggest finding someone to work with that is actually good at the game and doesnt charge you rates they have no business charging.

Again, and im not in anyway affiliated with this guy other than i am a repeat customer of his, I dont make anything at all for recommending it but i figured with all the negativity i should atleast offer up an alternative, this would be my clear no #1 recommendation for mtt players who feel like they need direction and willing to put in the time and effort to improve.

As for me myself im back on the grind, studying alot with a newfound partna and doing some pretty interesting stuff. Never doing any cfp or something like that again given that they seem to have a 100% scam rate or so, and its just exhausting putting in time and effort in to people to get ghosted/blocked/not paid a penny, so as im still interested in doing some coaching at an hourly (can be partially for charity at a cheaper price or something like that too), so if anyone is interested in that send me a PM.
