Been going to the gym everyday doing PPL mostly dumbbells. I can only go first thing when i wake up as thats the only time slots are available and im just knackered for the day. I dont do cardio but my mind is just drained lol. Hope i get used to it soon. Doing the below. just found it on reddit. Hope its good. Getting pullup bar in my room as there isnt one in the gym. Starting super low weights on all the exercises as my body is just weak and ton of imbalances everywhere (cant even lunge lol)

PULL

Lat PullDown
FacePull
Bent Over Row
Bicep Curl
Shrugs
Farmers walk

PUSH

Bench Press
floor Chest Fly
Shoulder Press
Tricep Pullover
Cable Tricep Pulldown thingy
Side Lateral Raise
Abs

LEGS

Squat
Lunge
Glute Raise
Romanian Deadlifts
Leg Press
Abs

The hardest part is calories. Im eating 3 eggs and beyond patty + protien shake for breakfast everyday. Which is like 65g of protien & 600-700cals. Then order from a resto and get some variation of the following quinoa, kidney beans, chickpea salad, seitin, tofu, egg for lunch + dinner. Followed by 1 more protien shake. Im confident im getting enough protien, but calories i have no idea if im eating too much, or too little, as there could be a ton of oil in sauces etc.

Back&bum keeps going to lock up with some back pain everytime i sit for an hour like before on my desk chair (luckily not totally going into spasm where im incapable of walking), so decided to buy herman miller aeron. Crazy expensive here. Wanted the embody but was out of stock.

Since last update, won an extra 5k$ i think. But then the following has happened...

Ive always had these problems against 90vpip whales on ignition. ive just constantly got smashed by them. its so weird. I do fine vs regs and normal recs. But the whales just show nuts against me always.

JJd turn jam seems like absolutely incinerating money, can you explain why you think it's good to put it in here? What range do you put villain on in A8dd?

cant really say much more than below.

re a8dd. 9x, 3x, 55. and possibly some op's blocking all 9x depending on the reg at super low frequency. but not much. probably just 9x or bluffs in practice tho.

did pio it again, must have changed something as it jammed less but all pretty much b/e plays.

forgot to answer this. bros > iggy > stars. Bros is pretty dead now. iggy just has a lot of unbeatable whales, no idea how good regs. Stars reg are hard and find them all really good. Cant give power ranking though as everyone just blends into one. Wont have much of an edge on them apart from maybe 3 regs at 500. everyone else ill just be b/e or slightly losing against

Pretty sure OOP should be donking here with some part of their range. When villains aren't doing that in real life, we should be checking back a lot more. His range consists of a bunch of pairs and suited BW. Vs this type of range, 1/3 doesn't really make a ton of sense, although a solver probably mixes it in. I'd probably just range check this spot, but JJ obviously benefits from betting.

OTT, i think we can just fold. Having Jd is really bad, as we block so many draws. JJ without a diamond is probably a meh call, but never a shove. This seems like a really bad punt, but I haven't ran it.

Not 100% sure. But I would guess in these low SPR spots villain is likely to protect equity (not get equity denied or w/e) with XdJd, thus often checking back that part of the range OTT. So holding the Jd we unblock more bluffs with less equity that is more likely to bluff turn, compared to holding a non JJ.

shrug. fine margins. 1 or 2 different hands in ranges will just turn it into spew or not. 1 or 2 bigblinds off in certain parts of game tree also likely

Interesting point. Haven´t thought about this, but makes defo some sense.

Or if we assume IP has a [bet small, shove or check] strategy, the draws would probably mostly go into the shove range and not in the bet small range. When IP chooses the small bet we are now focusing on what is in that range, and more specifically what bluffs are in that range.

These (maybe) make more sense in GTO-land but not so much in practice. Seemed very marginal even in GTO-land so probably not much to read into in practice.

Are they? Moving back to stars

22 std on this board and run out.
ak likely mixes turn and likely jams river. Could be wrong on that one though.
Ato std size and donk is a must on this turn card. Size should be different. Can't fold Vs jam when u unblock everything and block everything good.

@22. yeh but its not like a big thing or anything given you only 3b <=10% of the time. Similar hand posted which kocker commented on somewhere in this thread where had AT in similarish situation and solver prefers lower pp's for the most part to tripple as you want to unblock as much Tx as possible. (by time you get to flop/turn/river KT gets decreased so much that blocking the nuts isnt that big of a deal)

@AT. well his value range just got cuck'd hard on that turn vs my range and he'll be forced to check back a lot of his bluffin range which has a decent amount of equity which we need to protect from with a huge portion of our range

no 1k. all 500. running bad. + 3k on pb.
