They float you, they call you down with 3rd pair, you get bluff raised, etc. I'm just completely lost vs the regs on there.

Here's my graph for ACR during the stake:

Spoiler:

It's pretty embarrassing I can't show a profit there. Yeah it's fun making money vs fish, but are you really getting better? Have I been just coolering fish all this time, and not beating the regs? This just shows how far behind I am vs other regs.

Well that's the depressing part. Put in some volume today and broke even once again.

Few hands:

Regs just love upping variance when you're deep. Sizing is butchered, but this guy spazz jammed A9o previously vs me, so I guess smaller the better.

What up buddy! Wanted to chime in again! Not happy about you coming to bovada but do wish you luck! I don't need another reg taking my money from the fish . But in all seriousness, wpn was super tough for me and that seems like the general consensus so don't let it put you down! Goodluck bro!

I'd def size the 6b w AA bigger, when he 3b/5bs I don't think we should be thinking that much about going as small as possible to induce/get him call any-two, there comes a time where he will have a hand strong enough for getting it in pre/calling off more, and I think when a guy 5bets that's usually the case. Our 4b size should also be bigger, like 10. Flop sizing is fine.

Same goes for 4bet size w the other AA, there are two factors that makes us want to size it bigger here: 1) we're OOP 2) we're deep. As for flop I think betting std size (50% +) >>> checking >>>>> betting 30% pot like u did. Yeah we have the flop crushed, but we want to start building a good sized pot, and if we are gonna bet in the first place it shouldn't matter that much to villain what size we bet since we're 200+ deep.

GL in the future! And yeah, don't be embarrased about results/hands, we're all here to learn etc.

TY. I'm pretty sure everyone's goal in poker is to make money. If you really want to work on your game, play on WPN. It's filled with regs, and they are basically teaching you where you are leaking.

I really haven't play the last couple of days. Enjoyed the weekend and watched a bunch of world cup matches. USA/Portugal match delivered today. Also my S.Korean team got whooped by Algeria .

Here is the data base review stat I was shocked at. When I was winning back in March-April, my COLD CALLS were showing profit.

          Here is May-present.

It's not like I changed my COLD CALL range, so why am I losing? Not really sure, going to have to dig deeper into the data base.

Hoping for a smooth last week in June, GL to you all.

Just like everything else, it's variance. The only thing you need to watch is which one is the less common form of variance in this situation, for you. It's also highly dependent on your level of run good and opponents in small sample sizes.

Sup? I really haven't been playing much lately, doing more life stuff, and watching the World Cup. Week is going great, but I've only put in about 1,500 hands this week. I just don't feel like putting in marathon sessions lately, and just playing when I want to.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I was reading through the hands, jolly as heck, and then I saw some **** that asked if you're beating fish, are you really beating the game?

WtfYES! That IS beating the game. Quit being such a Debbie downer. You think Doyle wants to sit with Phil Ivey, Hellmuth, Negreanu, Laak, and Antonius at every game he plays? That's made for TV stuff. Every single game you play should be an attempt to simply go fishing.

Also, QQ: I would gii in that situation too. 4-handed, running into aces is just something bizarre. After the 4-bet, I could make a case for cold-calling, and feel like that might be the route that I personally take. If the flop is K4J, you may be able to make a sensible fold to a flop shove because you can be fairly certain that the king hits a 4-bet range (even though he has better than that, gotta figure AK+ KK AA)

AQ: I think you may have found a nice spot to do what you wanted. I'm not sure; I would raise the flop and try to get some more value, but probably chase villain off.

                  QQ: Raise river?

Q7: Nice call. It got scary on the river.

I think you could start developing a leading range on this river. It generally favours the x/c range over the better, and you could balance it with some 78hh or TT for bluffs.

You should think about why we are x/calling. We want to be percieved as capped, which invites villains to barrel us off that capped range. When we raise the flop, it contradicts our range, which leads to a spot which is hard to balance and easy to play against.

I also think if you do want to develop a x/raising range on this flop, we should be doing it with a more polarized range, such as 8Tdd and 77 (77 doesn't block top pair combos etc).

I also need to defend some of my flop checks. I feel I am check/folding pretty often.

Haven't really put in any good volume the past week. I just don't feel like playing for some reason. Best not to play when your head isn't in the right place, right? I've been skateboarding lately and getting in some good exercise. Can't believe I use to ride this thing 6-8 hours/day back in the day. I can't even last 2 hours these days. I use to have a passion for skateboarding. Had some small sponsors coming in, and that's when I stopped/found poker. Who knows how far I could of gone with it.

Hey, at least you're making ~min. wage playing poker.

If you stopped skating to play poker, imagine how far you must be able to go with poker.

So I'm down about 8 buy ins at NL100. I'm realizing it isn't that bad. Feels much worse though for some reason. I'm going to stop chasing RB/Bonuses the last half of the year, and focus on win rate. Been RB whoring ever since I started playing poker. Enough of that, I want to start winning at a decent rate and make some real money at small stakes.

GL to all the rest of the year.

Had a group coaching session today and it went really well. These guys really know their ****. I'm learning a lot just listening to their thought processes in hands. I feel like my thought process in some spots are very fish-like compared to theirs lol.

                    Some hands from today:

Is 3b jamming flop ok here? Or should I just call? Villan is 44/22 with 2.3 AF, and c/r flop of 3/10. I have no fold equity vs this guy, but at the same time I have a pretty big combo draw.

Good news. Almost out of make up on Bovada. Bad news. Since I don't play on ACR anymore, the debt I had there got placed on Bovada. I'm going to try really hard the next couple of days to get out of make up. No NL100 until I am debt free.

Would prob play turns in H1 as we have position, but jamming can never be that bad w such a draw, as u say we prob dont have much fold eq so it depends how "light" he is stacking off.

H2 never folding a set, but lold pretty hard at results He prob has some JT combos (or at least he should), but he is repping pretty thin otr so we are not folding.

And rest is cool, wp etc.

Been running very poorly lately. By poorly I don't mean losing 80/20's, or getting sucked out on. It's more of I have TPTK and board runs out 4 straight. Or I have bottom 2 and get counterfeited on river. Some very poor runouts lately. Stuff like that.
