Year to date graph 600$ buy in and below: I've lost 150-200k staking horses/highstakes YTD



Habits: Goal is to hit 4/6 of these daily
Yoga 30 mins upon waking up
Get breakfast
Clean house
study 30-60 mins [5-6 filters I focus on]
Meditate 10-15 mins [read the mind illuminated]
Cardio or gym daily

Schedule poker: [I take off 1-2 days/week pretty often now]
Monday Wednesday: Friday Saturday: 8-1 [sometimes 9-1]
Tuesday 6-1 or 8-1
Thursday 12-1
sunday: 12-2
total hours: 50 hours of play~ [I sometimes take a day off]




Looking to buy a 3bed/2bath townhome by march 2025~, Mainly focused on healing back making money and improving poker play. Future endeavors will range from hiking to cooking to higher level yoga,reading a novel a week. Many interest I have I look forward to taking time away to purse these once I secure my financial life and physical health.

Studying 1-2 hours/day high focus.
Playing + reviewing 5-6 days/week .

Life:
Moving soon and purchasing a house.
Starting to cook more.
Eating 3-4 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
9-10 hours/sleep daily.
Fitness:
Doing cardio 2-4x/week [your energy bar + focus bar]
Strength training 3-5x/week.






Goal 2025:
Be able to run 3 miles in under 18 mins [i've never ran a sub 6 min mile or 2 miles]
Have no back pain.
Start a meditation/yoga practice [2x/weekly]
Play a triton.
Buy a house.
Put in 400 hours to poker study in 2025.
Explore other career/life options.

I am not finished. I still need to study, fix my back, and finish business.

Philosphy:
Kaizen-Kaizen is a philosophy of continuous improvement through small, incremental changes, focusing on efficiency, process improvement, and sustained progress in personal or organizational growth.
"Just as steady drops of water carve through mountains over time, consistency triumphs over fleeting bursts of intensity."
Current beliefs for me are that. Consistency matters extremely, 60 mins study blocks 2-3x/day is better then 5 hours straight. I do think when coming up you need 5-hour blocks but as you mature less is more. Deep questions take lots of energy+focus.

Poker Study:
Play 40-50 hours/week 5-6 days/week
I will Study 90 mins a day.
Filters [All lines + tagged hands]
Final table reviews
3-4 Hand historys/weekly


Fitness/health:
Consume 1 fruit/day
Consume 1 vegetable/day
Consume 100-150g of protein/daily
Stretch 20 mins/daily
Workout 5x/weekly
Meditate 5-15 mins/daily
Sleep 9 hours/daily [Poker is very fatiguing on brain]

My little brother is climbing in poker now as well he's 19 and I coach him along with my friends. I will update this in May.


This will be my last post till I buy a house. By then I'll have fixed my back, fixed my leaks, Bought a house. I consider this the final chapter before the climax of this thread. I am 100% committed to poker till the end of 2026 at this point. I will explore other options As my life opens up.
