How I grind....
Volume:110 mtts/day, 2 days off/month, workout 15 mins pre session everyday [Becoming active this month on this], I'll sleep in and skip tournaments if I'm tired there's no reason to burnout.
Study: I study at night 30-120 minutes with buds every night.
Food: I doordash everyday
sleep:8-9 hours optimally [typically get 7 i need to get 8]
Updated goals
Goals: 200k in buyins/month [3000 mtt minimum], 20 workouts [25 mins long]/month, Feel well rested, 4 venom bullets/venom, Play wsop main, 250k bankroll end of year + flick over 200k in buyins on draftkings
Donate 5k to charity this year

Have a intense study session around 6/20/22 for 2-3 days with poker buddys.
Habits:
Wake up every morning and drink 4-6 oz of water [will have a water bottle on nightstand when i go to bed]
I will Wake up when I wake up and go workout for 15-25 mins [No more lying in bed]
Make bed after I workout
When I start my session ill take my vitamins [throne multivitamins]
I will write down my bankroll at end of every night
Brush teeth every night after a long grind
Go outside on 2 breaks between at 3 pm and 4 pm.
Clean up desk space after grind everynight
I will reg every 11$+ till 11 pm once i start to grind no excuse as long as i have tablespace
