Hey what´s up 2+2.

As a long time lurker (and bit of a poster), I`d want to start a P&G. Was into poker around 2010, never rlly profitable, binked here and there a smaller mtt and failed at many variants (sng, plo, cg...) mostly through bad mindset after the first downswing ^^ had some serious life problems as well as you could read at my other threads.

10 years passed by and my life changed I´m married, got 2 awesome kids, an irrevocable job for the governance and a lil sidehustle that brings in some nice extra amount of money that goes straight into our savings for a new house or flat. Liferoll went huge, so earning money isnt any more a reason (or the main reason) to play.

Corona brought me back at the tables. My day is full of work stuff, but riding the train for 2 hours a day gives me some time to open up for another hobby, so I´ll give poker another try. As I´m in a train, playing on a mobile via app is the only way for me. No HUD, no multitabling. Cashed in 10 bucks and started playing all the several variants (including the new ones like grand tour) and got sticked to spins. Managed to bink a smaller freeroll, so starting roll is a bit >100$. As i don´t have a tracker (maybe giving pt4 or hm3 a try when roll is bigger so see how it goes ev-wise and chip-ev), I´ll track my stats via Excel, including this high roller graph thing

I hope to play 1k spins a month, 99% 1-tabling on phone. There might be a very few time slots when I´m able to play on laptop, but more than 2 tabing isn´t possible for me ^^ I know its hard without a real sample, but more isnt possible for me and as I see it as a fun hobby it´s quite ok for me. My goal is to climb up the limits, establish @ the 5 would be nice. Won´t move up until I got 100 BI. Guess it will go a bit faster as my "rakeback" on stars is quite nice because I play all kinds of freeroll pokerstas offers (cardchat, poker.de and stuff like that) and add that to my rakeback (deposit bonus, leaderboards...)

Could easily deposit 1k and start at the 5s, but thats not how the way it works for me. Need the challenge and the mindset that I´ll play with money that I won, not deposited.

had some decent days, always up a few BI for. the last days. additionally got. some nice "rakeback". Got my first deposit bonus cleared, cashed a bit in a freeroll, finished the raider promo for 5 bucks and was able to buy my. first cash from the coins. plus I got 2nd in a leaderboard that runs the whole month, all together ok ranked top 3 for 125 - 75 $.

today, well, had to use my stop loss limit. down 10 BI. 3 of that due to connection error what tilts me the most. in the tourney series I busted as the first so not many points at all for me for the leaderboard. calculated my points and maybe still 3rd place and 3 more tourneys to come. I rlly want to place as high as possible, +75$ will be a good boost to my br and I could start playing 2$ spins after that.

those days are the point where I usually stop and try another variant. not this time. will go fresh to the grind tomorrow.

br actually at 149$ which is +38 this week and guess I could be happy with the result playing the 1$ stake... just can't stand losing so downswings are my true enemy... will study 1-2 hours and watch some session reviews on YouTube.
