Ty. Komarac_zg on ps

Regarding Unibet RB, depends do you participate in any rake race deals that are offered from various affiliates.
But you need to collect more then 1,25M Points which is close to 12,5k€ rake in the quarter(Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun... ) to get good RB %, of course, higher you go better it gets, Unibet also have on-site promotions/races where you can get additional Rb, but when it comes to races hard to reach top places cause top rakers rake around 20k€ per month

Today took a full day off, which I haven't done for a long time, and spent a great day with my family. We went to Samobor small city near Zagreb and enjoyed their well known Samobor carnival. My young lions had lot of fun.

You can check it on my Instagram https://www.instagram.com/komarac_zg/
I'm not posting much there but I might change it and post more poker related stuff especially during WSOP.

The grind is not going well, went through most of my hands last few days, and although I'm running like dog **** I could have lost 6-7k less during this period.

That's the problem I have since I've started playing, during downswing calling down spots which I easily fold when playing A game. I'll try to focus more during gameplay, and think more ingame about the spot that is happening.

On March 26 I have an appointment for US visa, but I'm sure that I'll get it so I'll book flights next week.

We already booked 2 houses, I'm still kind of indifferent about it, mostly because leaving my family for almost 2 months is going to be really hard, but I'm sure once I get there I'll have a great time.
Here are a few photos:

Cheers and I hope the next update will start finally grind is going well....

I didn't plan to make an update today but pretty frustrated want to share it before going to bed.
Just bubbled 5k package for WPT on party, there were 11 packages and I busted in the same hand as the player on the other table but I had 0,05 ante less than him and he got the package. As a consolation prize, I got 900$

Cash grind went, as usual, lost few stacks in a short period. Played some on Unibet but didn't even

Today graph:

Played also on Unibet and won around 200€.

Not sure am I allowed to write/advertise here, but best to google, talk with few affiliates and find the deal that is best for you.

I would say without any other affiliate bonuses around 50%.

Getting crushed!

Another month ended and now it's biggest losing streak ever, ended up losing 15k$ at the cash tables, and another few k on mtts, don't have accurate numbers for mtts.

I had big downswings before(10-15k), but this one came when I was really confident about my game, I'm down on every site I played cash this year, and almost all stakes, I went through hh and found a lot of mistakes, If I played A games I would probably lose 16-17k instead of 25k which is big difference.

Last few days I felt better at the tables and made fewer mistakes, but still ended up losing, hope things will turn around soon.

For March plan is to play much more on Unibet and catch that UO package(which I'll exchange for bonus), work lot more off table, and finally start with gym.

Today played only mtts, played a lot off qualifiers for live events, was close for 10k WPT passport but busted 19th while there were 11 packages and 8k for 12th place.

Cheers!

Getting better but still not good!

So last week I felt much better at the tables, but still ended loosing around 2k€ in 11k hands on Unibet, and winning 1,8k in 1,6k hands on tracked sites.

Mainly I was happy with my game, but there were sessions where I made unnecessary mistakes. I worked around 10h off table which is ok, but it should probably go up a bit more.

Despite not winning, it was nice to feel good at the tables after a long time.

regarding Vegas, we canceled accommodation last day while we had the option for free cancelation, we'll be following Corona situation and when things get more clear make new bookings.
I'm also thinking about going to Monaco for EPT, but not sure how will situation in Italy affect it.

March: -2k€ Unibet, +1,6k$ tracked
2020 cash: -26k$
MTTs March: -2k$
MTTs 2020: +28k$ after selling action.

Too bad to hear about the downswing. Regarding work off the table, what’s your study process/topics for cash games and mtts?

Almost all my work is about cash games, working in PIO usually one topic at the time, so I pick a topic, then run sims with different ranges/positions, learning what sizing PIO prefer, how should opponent respond vs that sizing, are they making mistakes if yes what adjustment I need to make to gain ev.

Other stuff rewatching previous coaching sessions I had and hh review.

For MTTs I bought MTT ranges, and some courses and I've done little work in PIO but mainly trying to apply cash stuff with what I think are a good adjustment for shallower stack sizes.

I'm still around BE for this month which is better than losing but I'm playing better so eventually, results will turn around.

I spent a lot of time thinking about what changed in the last few months and what could be the cause of worse results.

My focus was not good. Although my wife does her best to handle kids, and take them outside so I could have better conditions to play.
When they are in the house I hear them in the working room, and lots of times I get distracted, sometimes they are fighting/crying, sometimes they are joyful but without even noticing I go on autopilot, and my autopilot game is horrible.
There were sessions where I didn't have a clue what happened but I lost a substantial amount.
Also, I was behind with the desired volume, so I played more during late hours tired(again easier to go on autopilot), that resulted in having poor sleep schedule, going to sleep at
4-5 am and waking up around noon, but kids always wake me up 1-2 times from 7:30-9 before wife takes older one to kindergarten.

I'm still on that schedule, but working on fixing it, and going to sleep earlier, also need to organize better so I can help her more because she is exhausted due to the current situation.

Tnx mate.
Yeah situation not great, but I'm sure it will turn around.

When I think of previous bad runs, in 2019. I had 2 BE months when PKA froze 20k+€ out of blue and I switched on regular sites, so it was a new playing pool and stress cause of frozen money.
In 2018 November was first losing month, and it was month when our younger boy is born, followed by BE December and I have more examples in the past.

Don't think help with kids is needed, she is doing really good, and no way she would accept that
I barely persuaded her to hire a cleaning lady but insisted that the cleaning lady will allow us to spend more time together when I take a day off instead of taking care of the house. It's only 2 times a month now but if it was up to me I would increase that to 5-6 at least.

What I was thinking is moving my play to an office, and I'm still considering that option, the younger boy is growing fast, and if I don't start playing in the morning hours when they are going to be in children care the situation on afternoon and evenings will get tougher for me to play.

I haven't posted for a while mainly due to the lack of time, so I decided to spend less time on forum, twitch etc.

March results were meh, volume was good, focus during playing was much better than in Jan or Feb, I felt better at the tables, but still, there was lot of mistakes during gameplay.
Run overall was better but still shitty especially on Unibet, where I feel much more confident than on PS 500 tables.

Still don't have good enough on PS, but the feeling there is not best, regs are making a lot fewer mistakes comparing it to Unibet regs, could be due to the run, but simply when I have it they fold, or have the better hand when I don't have it they put pressure on me, or call. That powerless feeling is so frustrating and for sure leads not playing my A game.

I played only 20 k hands on PS this year losing 8bb ev

Didn't play much MTTs, had one deep run ending in 12th place on 109$ Super Tuesday, won a satty to 5k HR main, but no luck in that one.

Overall results for March:
On tracked sites around 4k profit, the graph is in BB cause have one site that shows results in $ but played in other currency.

Unibet down close to 4k$, last day of the quarter won package for UO so that's another 2k worth but overall bad quarter on Unibet losing maybe 1-2k when I include all bonuses.

RECORD MONTH

Here comes April update, thanks to Coronavirus, and insane run manage to book record month at the cash tables.

At the start of the month decided to reduce my time on the forum and twitch, although I was not spending too much time when you don't have much time every hour is important.

The month started running purely with around 7k profit first 2 days, then lost all profit and some more on top of that next few days, but after that insane run started and lasted till the last few days of the month.

I was running best on highest limits 5/10,7/15 and 10/20$ , got insane action HU vs whale on 7/15$ won more than 20k vs him. Part of insane run was that he was running hot vs other regs and losing most of it to me.

Since I played total of 11 sites, tracked and untracked don't have time to merge all nicknames into alias.

Month ended with 47k$ profit around 4-5k$ was out of RB rest winnings

Best thing I've done is reducing volume on Ps, this year played 20k hands on PS and losing with 8bb ev wr, although that wr is not relevant and for sure not true, playing other sites makes life so much easier

I was having a hard time to decide what to do this month, MTT series are huge, cash action is still good, but desire to bink huge score prevailed.
Made schedule and I'll spent around 30k$ on 500$ + BI (fully backed) and probably same on events up to 500$.(100% action for myself)

Few HH vs whale. on 7/15$

H1:

h2:

H3: Running pure

H4: another run good.

H5 : and another

H6: favorite

So this month playing a shitload of MTTs had few deep runs but nothing significant, maybe that change today, have a decent stack on 530 SM, have WPT 500 day 2, also made day 2 of 3,2k WPT but only 15BB will have in that one next week when is day 2.

Think I'm playing very good MTTs but the variance is just huge, so hard to be sure in anything.

Looking at PT4 sample on 56k hands this year have 5,4 EV BB/100 overall, but when I filter stack size up to 30BB then have only 0,5 EV BB/100 on 14k hand sample. When I include last year results then for 0-30BB stack have 2,5 EV BB/100 on 22k hands.

Not really sure what are good numbers for shallow stack but for sure I'm making lot of mistakes in those less familiar spots.

Since I was playing lot of tourneys volume on cash tables was lower, but I guess I'm up around 5-6k.

Won my biggest pot at online tables, and not sure did I win bigger pots live 5,6k€ on 5/10€ game.

Full ring EP fish limp, MP nitty/passive unknown guy limp, Hero limp with 44 on HJ with 2,5k stack, CO make it 65, BUT fish call, SB, BB EP, MP all call. Hero looking at 44 time to run set over set and call.

FLOP( 445€) T 4 3 everyone checks to BUT who bets 200 with 650€ stack, MP nitty passive guy make it 400 with stack 4k+ , Hero call 400 , BUT call.

TURN: 8 MP Overbet Jam, Hero call, BUT fold.

MP have QQ and we hold

Gl at the tables and hope I made new post tomorrow after binking 100k+

Last week was a rough one, bad run, deep and semi deep run ended ugly, then on Sunday had lot's of day 2s but couldn't do much. Had good stack on Scoop 1k main just to run 44 into 99 110bb deep on K94ss 2 lvls before the end of the day.

At that moment was really pissed off and decided that I'll play day 2 3k WPT main and if I don't make any result will reduce MTT volume on min, and prob play max 1-2 good events per day and play cash instead bunch of 100-200$ MTTs

Yesterday started with 15bbs, reached ITM with around 8BB and managed to spin it up, had over 100bb at some point. Ended day on 25th place out of 35 remaining with 18,5k locked and fighting for 1M$ first prize

Wish me luck
