There is youtube channel "gripsed"
poker books, but I'd pick modern ones. 2010+
Advice for your play. Fold more. Hands that don't have a lot of value, missed flops. Don't double barrel too much. WHen you have the goods, just get the money in the middle and that's it for micro stakes. It works for me, should work for you too, should work for everyone in fact.
