First off, this is not my first PG&C thread, i had two others that i lost interest in, mostly because i cashed the money out or got sidetracked by uni etc.

A little about my poker history, ive been playing for about 4 years on and off, mostly casual although ive run up a few hundred thousand hands online. For the most part im an above break even player, though nothing special, i just find it a fun way to spend idle hours. My first attempts at online poker ended badly, just the classic fish playing 50nl with a $100 bankroll or thereabouts, would have busted a couple of times although i usually found a way to keep my money going. After losing about $200 all up i found my way to bankroll mgmt and since then i haven't busted. I managed to turn $3 a mate sent me into $40 in a tourney, then ran that $40 up to $400 before cashing out most of it. I did the same kind of thing multiple times. Then recently after cashing out a few hundred I decided to not build my bankroll my usual way and just threw my last $50 onto a zoom table, soon after i had $900 and i cashed out $800, complete luck, all run good but regardless that was good fun. So all up my online poker has resulted in a few grand profit, though this is a fairly insignificant amount given the amount of time put in.

Now im starting again with $100, im playing 10nl at the moment even though i shouldnt, im just going to stick at that until i go bust or hit around $600 for a stab at 25nl. The other reason im playing 10nl with a low bankroll is because im a goldstar for the rest of the month and wouldnt mind taking advantage of the extra vpps.

So for once id like to go past that 25nl level with proper bankroll management. I dont plan on cashing out anytime soon as i have no need to at the moment. Anyway, ill post every day i play, all my graphs + some interesting hands etc, will see how it goes.

First session of new challenge, didnt play for very long, won about 2 buy ins but made one very poor decision that cost me. Ill post a graph after every session and then post an overall every 5 or so. BR=119.84

so been a while since i posted, i had to take off my first roll but deposited another $100, started fresh. It was a rocky start but im starting to steady the ship now. My bankroll is $119.05 with 33T$(i play on stars). I started off playing 8 tables of zoom, 4 5nl 6h and 4 10nl 6h but its safe to say that didnt work out at all. Im currently playing just the 4 tables of 10nl zoom which is working well.

massive session today at 10nl, ran like god. won $88 and another 11 in rakeback which was nice. Bankroll now 207.70 with 44T$. Will post some hands tomorrow.

Wow! great stuff. 10 buy-ins later you must be pretty warm from that heater. Interesting to see your non showdown hovering around break-even

Played fairly well since my last post, br 228.05 with 55T$.

Another big day, made almost $100 which is fantastic for 10nl, lost a few hands i maybe shouldnt have towards the end but still very happy with the overall result. Played at a ridiculous 46bb/100 over 1200 odd hands. Br now at $313.47, with 66T$.

Had a little 1buy in stop loss shot at 25nl today. Didnt go to plan and ended up losing 40 but made it back with a nice 10nl session. Overall my BR is $310.14 with 75.5T$ so up about $5 from yesterday. Still happy enough. Thought id post my 10nl zoom graph as well as todays session graph, before this 10nl heater runs out and the winrate heads back down. Running at over 19bb/100 over 16000 hands.

Despite that your 1 buy-in stab didnt really work, i like the idea and is well worth another try in the future. Afterall, your goal is to push on,so go for it! Strict stop loss strucutres will play a preventative role in BR collapses so with discipline and a bit of good fortune you'll be properly rolled for 25 nl and making good quid.
