Stop the thread , spending endless amount of time thinking of indifferent things . Everyone loses focus sometimes and gets it back other times .

Ok

Am I getting better or am I getting worse?

worse / staying at same level

Why?

Having low interest to do pio

why?

I don't like to do it and I don't need to get better at it to beat the levels I play

---

So its extremely contradictory to be willing to improve and move up and not do much of pio

What about times I do lots of pio? (hours daily) not just simming few hands / day which is just maintenance not improvement in reality

Improving , having bigger edges , more comfortable playing higher but getting burned out

,,,

Thats the thing , whatever you do there is a price you pay

which means , have to make good deals , amazing deals don't exist

I'm technically too clumsy to get to the top level with doing pio , playing poker etc . and not having the nerves and bankroll / the Super energy anymore which can compromise lack of the previous / interest to be in some group also zero

This all means being capped to mid-stakes (400-1k) just like the other 95% of my peers , can still make decent money but very fun / exciting its not going to be for sure

Depends still fully on what I want to do and accomplish , how much mental pain willing to take and how much willing to dedicate to stuff and trust myself .

Easy it will for sure not be and perhaps its not the right time to push to get anywhere right now.

Find your Super energy , grind 80k hands zoom next month, Do more PIO, Train a lot , keep a positive mindset , get to a schedule and stay on it

Thats how to get results

hey friend i find your posts on capital accumulation interesting.

how much volume would you play and what do you think your stake split would look like if you woke up tomorrow as a millionaire?

Hi . Probably very little anything at first .

I would go to Dan Pena's castle in Scotland if I would be having a million , get yelled by that old guy and take things seriously to make 100 million

Poker wouldn't be a priority at that point

As for now just visiting parents , they do the same job ...

Anyways, its about the process not about the money.

Still young and started with nothing made 100k

its an accomplishment to be a bit proud of

Fear of failure

Thats really the worst enemy

When as a matter of fact in this life losing money is never the worst thing one can lose

Thats health.

If losing health then really have not much.

How many people fear losing health vs. fear losing money?

Have to take care of health.

Alcohol and sugars away.

^^

Bicycled today to a mountain near my place . Will do more often . Beautiful place , people go there to train .

Bicycles back tier was broken but the renter replaced the bike within a day .

Sometimes nice to rent stuff , get help and support with things and pay for it . Instead of thinking to always own .. then try to sell... etc.

I'm not a greedy and small thinking individual. Those are perhaps my strengths in life.

---

I play zoom high volume . Going good . 4k hands a day , 1-2 days off a week .

China stocks kept going down , bought more.

Crypto as predicted went down.

Will buy to BTC if we see 35k but not too big.

...

Otherwise

Haven't read many blogs but Big bananas and the latest most promising (LukasHösl) ...

Reminds me of the story in the book : chicken soup for the soul , .. describing a guy walking on a beach , picking up snails and throwing them back to water , .. other guy coming and asking - why are you doing this when there is tons of snails dyeing . First guy responds : At least I helped this one snail

and.. time for Paternoster..

Lets put joking aside

I think Dan Pena will not live forever .

His castle might be there forever

But that guy is not going to live there forever and offer his courses

I should go there

Most people don't have the guts to do it

But I think its going to be real something

There is not much of conflict of interest with that guy teaching others stuff

The peer group there might just suck 90% (some rich kids thinking they are special being able to pay to get in or something)

But there might be 1 great guy which would mean its going to be worth it

I mean how many real friends do we all have?

How good of a friend can most people be?

I'm blessed with a few of those kinds of friends and none of them plays poker (luckily)

,,,

I know lots of poker stuff

Real stuff I paid highstakes players for several years to teach me

Still where am I now?

Crushing the lower midstakes not beating highstakes?

Why ?

Invested to other stuff was starting to give-up in a sense mentally

why?

Being weak (disoriented and not taking swings and losses well enough) and did put my capital to some secondary stuff !!!!!!

looking for some sort of a fortune from random places which functionalities I don't even fully understand

(Stock market / crypto)

Idiotism when needing that capital to play highstakes

Fear being other problem

Skill being other problem but smallest and easiest one to work on

^^^

,,,

I can do all of that

Grind a roll to be very comfortable at 2k

Beat 2knl

Go to visit Dan Pena at the Castle , go through the seminar and pay what it costs

Start my own coaching academy to help all guys who work very hard

All it takes is every day work

My first student told me he had close to 100k euro year (including his side stuff and tournie winni´ngs)

we started few months ago and he was playing nl100.

I think Kilju academy is open for international students but only if you work a lot , play full-time and are serious of wanting to want a lot

What would I wish to learn from Dan Pena?

Nothing.

Things are not about learning or completing some course or some ****

Mindset

Weak points and strong

Being fine with them and understanding what are the ones not to be fine with

Looking at bigger picture not fear picture

...

I'm happy with my day to day efforts and life and not saying this very easily

Falling back to irresponsible careless / alcoholic stuff became something I cant do anymore

Now I deal with the sadness and depression of letting go of that part

It is rather difficult

But what price can you pay for being reasonable?

Idiot , 30k usd to be sleeping in some grounds of a castle for a week listening daily to some old guy ranting stuff

As much fun as it would be to hear those delusions of mr . Dan Pena

I think you can spend your money to more reasonable things

IF you feel weak you can watch his seminars on youtube and get to that mindset of doing stuff 100% anytime , sadly its not sustainable as there is no such thing as 100% in this life

Dan as a person surely is worth seeing but well these are bit like things as seeing Iron Maiden in live concert how much we willing to pay , perhaps few hundred dollars

Paying 30k means following a cult

Same as going to alligator show every day

Is this good stuff?

If being ready for some huge sacrifice and being part of a cult but wouldn't it be better to create your own cult and let people believe in it and pay ?

You cant break away from who you are

if you are anarchistic and crazy then you are

if you are a leader person then you are

if you are a follower

then follow till you are grown up

but can you become a careful business person from being anarchistic crazy person

if you play with your strengths for sure its possible

seems like Dan Pena also very successful yet stuff he teaches is theater and circus for fools

Correct.

David Goggins

Same.

Jordan Peterson

Same same but more deeper and different
