200z for month so far. Running good!

Just skimmed threw thread from start to finish. Guess I didn't skim it properly how did you turn it around and become a crushed and i missed what business you got into?

Well done. Pretty sick you we're able to turn it around and make enough money from poker to buy a business.

nah ive been in real estate for 15 years, poker was just a hobby for me lol it didnt pay for the businesss

After WSOP last year I didnt play a hand of poker until early December. I was kinda burnt out and was focusing alot on work. I didnt have a desire to play then, most likely due to the fact working 6 days a week and then grinding poker to get a remotely decent sample each month is freaking hard.

So December approaches and I get the itch to play again. I fire up ignition and HM2, deposit $1k and hit the tables. I quickly dusted multiple deposits (i cashed out entire roll in July last year when i stopped playing and its hard to deposit on iggy without crypto) and finally got into the swing of things.

500z in December was not good, I lost about 10bi or so, but ive been crushing 200z, which is nice.

Anyway, Jan 2020 is in the books, so here are the results!

Playing a ton (for me anyway) and playing only 500z at the moment. My 200z volume was start of the month but im finding when i play, there are about 10 in z500 pool, but when i join it grows quickly. I guess im the "spot."

I did play on stars before it was banned in australia. sn was maxde1 hence thread. I now play ignition exclusively.

Always considered if going this mental in anon games could be good if you know that people don't 4bet enough/ x/r enough/ fold too much in a vacuum, but didn't quite take it to 20% level

These anon games are kinda ****ed up.

Yeah I tend to be aggressive IP and isolate. At 200z people are way too passive pf so I think I can exploit them as you can see by my results. Also post flop they are the same and “tell” you what they have anyway.

At 500z it’s much tougher but I play at hours where it’s always short handed like 3-4 players. So stats are gonna be way higher etc

In a game with a hud I wouldn’t play like this at all but it seems to work.

What CFP program did you do?

i was one of the first guys to join d7s army which is now bitb cash.

I really enjoyed the coaching from d7, darrel and ishter. I learnt heaps. Pokerstars getting banned killed the program for me.

Mid month update, running pretty hot for past 2 months. decided to jump in some $1kl and proceeded to dust a stack. Luckily I pio'd the hand after and realised how wide i was in this spot, god i love that program.

Otherwise mainly focusing on 500z, but it doesnt always run so sometimes im getting volume at 200z.

The past two days have not been great. Got beaten up at 1k and 500 plus today even 200z lost a chunk. Probs down $6.2k ish past two days.

These things happens, continue to study, review and grind.

You planning on bringing the 3b % down at all??

I mean it’s 15 at 200z 6 max
And higher when I play 500z cos it’s always 3 handed or 4

But yeah got a random number generator now so I will tone it down lol
