Monthly Results

Gunna get some photos in this post cus losing graphs ain't what we want

The boring bit, poker

We had another losing month in february (down 4k this month already lol). Felt like i improved a hell of a lot but that didn't stop me from losing 23 sessions in a row haha.

Graph

Stake Breakdown

I've now played 150k hands of the party promo (~25%). As much as it pains me to say, the games on party are without a doubt significantly tougher than stars games (shoutout to mirage ), so i'm unsure if/how i wanna proceed. Here are my overall party results now. The classic 60bi downerin 40k hands.

Anyway, enough of that stuff.

New house

It's been a blast so far living back in a grind house in East London. Our place is fkn sick, our grind setups are sweet and the location is next level. Here are some pics

Snowboarding

Spent the week in Tignes with some of the boys snowboarding, eating many pastas, drinking beers and playing the goat game, psych. Download if you haven't!

Other than than, I went to a wedding with my gf. Uptick???

That pretty much sums up Feb. On the tables it was meh, but off the tables it was pretty much the nuts. I'd definitely rather have it this way around, but it would be nice to have a balance of both haha.

As i said before, I need to think about how imma proceed with Party. I am breakeven which is obviously fine (and up like 13k in rb), but perhaps the stress isn't worth it, and playing 200z/reg tables (esp now with no scripts) could be better for my health.

If anyone has any advice then please shoot, even you lux <3

Take it easy and gl in March!

As a strict player of only games I think I am 5bb/100 in, I couldn't do the Party grind personally.

On the positive side, your downswing <<<< Cams psych 'downswing' .

sick pics ben WP

with the amount you guys play the setups dont really seem 'ergonomic'
dont you ever have terrible wrist/elbow pains after grinding hours/days/months long?
if no, how do you avoid it?

Uk gay crew apart from mayo neither rich nor baller enough for decent chair... im already surprised that smb moved his setup from alternating between bed and stairs to something more "usual". Guess we all getting older

Played Stars and Party since 2018, 550k and 450k hands respectively.
My StarsBB graph is a straight line up and my PartyBB graph is like the alps. I've made 6x EV on Stars as I have on Party.

I'm convinced something is up re:cardsharing botrings and have put Party on hold in the meantime despite making diamond there... Of course you have some reliable sources about how beatable the games are so ya know, take from that what you will.

You not gonna put any volume in at RIO? Get the stream going too for when they sort out the StreamR deal for UK

On a lighter note, nice place. Is that a private terrace or does it look like it leads to some stairs elsewhere? Not sure how I'd feel about leaving 3 computers in plain sight if so rofl.

Don't know how you guys grind on those setups! Very far from sweet (not hating).

Good luck man, hope you get yourself out of this ds.

Shoutout to xeno for mocking me when I said party ff was practically unbeatable and as usual getting owned. Lol@ mixgrill for boasting on stream the other day that stars had the toughest games of all. In reality its the easiest games. Stars regs don't realize how good they have it. Xeno would get so wiped out on party even the rb wouldn't save him.

Anyway super nice update Ben and glad you had a gto month away from the felt. I’m sure the poker results will turn in the right direction. And yeah 23 winning sessions sounds horrible.

This is really depressing to read as someone who doesn't trust game integrity teams (to be competent and do their fair job).
Rakeback or not, Stars it is!
Maybe iPoker if you get fish to join empty tables before cheaters get in.

There's no way to say if a grind setup has good ergonomics or not without the guy sitting in there to see how the angles of his limbs are.

That setup looks fine, but maybe the screens are too low, so putting some books below them to increase the height should make things better.

Tough times, bena, but sick rakeback you got there! Also sick home!

Gl!

Vaaaamooooo

the thing about PP is that a lot of the regs just click buttons, so standard theory doesnt apply. you assign them a range and when it goes to sd, theyll have some weird ****...
