At least you don't have a big hole to climb out of ready for the end of month upswing!☺️

What's the incentive to switch to 6max for you?

Is it that these games are softer at 400/600NL? That they run more often or some other reason?

Haha very positive thinking, I like it. The games at 400/600 6m are going to be too tough for me to beat at the moment but I seem to struggle getting up enough games these days, and definitely think I can beat 200 6m. I think that just having more games to select from can only be a good thing!

That AA is just awfull. Wouldn't we prefer betting flop bigger, given we are 4 way and it's kind of wet?

                  Winning day

Shoving draws was a bit of a theme today unfortunately resulting in losing them both!

vs a good mid-high stakes reg. Obviously i could check raise the flop but with my equity im happy to check call. Also think shoving or calling turn is good as he bets a K turn a lot as a bluff but also bluff jams our outs too:

Still quite stuck for the month but am hoping this is the turning point i've been waiting for. We won football last night 7-3 and are in a situation where we have to win every game or win all and draw 1 to get into the final. Will keep that posted.

Why didn't you check-raise the flop with the 8c9c hand instead of the turn?

Anyway, gl you'll get through this!
It is fairly wet but remember we block nearly all top pairs and even fish are likely to fold bottom pair or even second pair to a big bet. Felt that going small on the flop and turn was fine due to spr.

I feel that check calling disguises our outs somewhat. By check calling the flop, the plan is to check shove cards that he will want to barrel a lot (a king or Q for example) or check call turn given how good our equity is. We can throw in some sets with this line too. By check raising flop we fold out all his bluffs (albeit we have 9 high) and if we hit our very disguised straight outs we can get 2 or 3 bets from him. I definitely think check raising flop is good but just with the shear number of outs we have I like calling, at least some of the time anyway.

I would argue that we have 2 fish in the hand, wich will at first have tons of FD's here and obv never gonna fold them. Also depending on how fishy they are, if they have a lot of Ax pre there's still a huge amount of combos that will flop TP even though we block.

And the reg in the hand realizes how strong/value heavy our range is anyway.

But I guess you know better what you're doing and Im probably just scared to much of hitting bad turn or something .

heh grass always greener for each side. 6m and fr both have differences in skills for sure, regs suck on both in different ways, regs are great in different ways. The conceived notion that good 6m players are better then good FR players is quite lol imo. Specially when the definition for "good" in poker is so broad it barely has a meaning.

I think that having a greater selection of games can only be a good thing. The more games i have to choose from, the better line ups i can choose to play. Just seems like a no brainer if the option is there. I certainly don't intend on fully moving away from FR, just to have the option to mix
