Haha ok. So I've talked the spot through with some guys and I have to admit that calling would be the best option. At the time I thought raising would be the simple way of getting it in with good equity but as you clearly stated its a much better strategy to pot control vs fish with this kinda draw. Ty for your thoughts! Much appreciated.

Absolutely beaning this month, running above ev but just cant get any momentum. Standard variance though so whatever. Going away today till sunday on a counselling residency weekend with my class. Will be a great opportunity to clear my head and do something other than poker for a couple of days.
Month to date:
Got stacked so many times at 200nl today to ridic coolers.
Back home after 4 days away doing counselling stuff. Absolutely exhausted emotionally and physically now. Been an amazing learning experience and the ability in becoming more self aware is just incredible. If i could advise anyone to do anything to better themselves as a person it would be to take a counselling skills course (the first 1 year course i did). You would NOT regret it!
Will be back on poker tomorrow to turn the month back around.

Did you study at college or was it an online course?
Did you study at college or was it an online course?
I've been studying in a college for the past 2 years. Took a level 2, 3, and now on the level 4. I'm a bit over half way through the 1st of 2 years atm. I'd say that learning the kinda skills you learn and the self development could only be done with other students who are experiencing what you are. I reckon that you'de lose too much of that exp by taking it online.
Month still not going great. Spent some time with ishipKQ working on some 3bet stuff which i think will be really helpful. Around b/e for the month. Really need to up my volume over the next couple weeks. Getting sooo few hands per hour since dropping tbl numbers so will up my daily hours.
Some hands from today:
vs a reg who i don't have a great deal of history vs. Think my overbet is ok, but maybe a normal bet would have sufficed. He didnt think long at all and called so prob wasn't folding to any bet.

Decided to play less day sessions and more evening. The games have just been so insanely bad in the day so i thought i could do more off table work and college work then get on the grind at around 4pm.
Still b/e for the month. Some hands from the past day or so:

How many hands for the month so far?
I've also noticed over the last 10 days or so the games have been noticeably worse during the day, fish on vacation atm it looks like and the ones that are not on vacation have the nuts.
hey man. barely any hands for the month cus as you said, its just next level with regard to game quality. Yeh i'm in GMT. Ty for support
Mid monthly update (don't wanna be updating right now!)
I'm not sure what's going on but i just haven't had a good spot for what feels like ages. Every reg is just bombing me in every hand and fish just have it every hand too. Got pretty low confidence in hands too which is always a negative when feeling you're being pushed around.
