Okay, today I have time for a bit longer post. Last 2 weeks were quite interesting in realization of my current knowledge and how to proceed in the future.
Few days ago I had coaching with one of the best PKO players on the planet for 5h. We adjusted my playing schedule and covered variety of topics which lead me to :
- Play 7 tables max
- Study more
- I bought pio edge for postflop ICM
Last session I had, I made over 200 screenshots and realized after 2 days of hard study that I probably blundered 200-300$ EV if not more. ATM my biggest leaks are :
- Identifying how to VPIP range when +RP and -RP is included in spot ( ICM PKO spots)
- ICM postflop(everything) Understanding how +5% RP / -10% RP / +15% RP influence my strategy
- Still struggling in identifying If I wanna RFI only or LIMP only in chip EV PKO spots with -RP on other stacks
So my goals for next week is to study until I cover all screenshots with fundamental understanding how to play that spot + 1 future street. Then play and repeat the process.
- Attend all 5 seminars
- Follow the gym plan (6-7 training's a week, depends on how good the recovery is)

As you see in above image my weight is pretty steady. Which is good indicator since I have more intense training's than before when I started to work with personal trainer. My food intake is same every day and I'm feeling hungry all the time. So that should be good sign of being in calorie deficit.
