after some time it will be fine and things will turn around, or u will get tilted, destroy your mouse and get back at nl200

Hey, thanks for your input! It's nice to have some feedback from a grinder who's been in the same situation before. Fwiw, I know the feeling well. It took me forever to establish myself at 200z and felt like bait over there for a long time...
I think it's also important not to level ourselves too much in these situations. Keep playing your game and ranges, and do not disrupt from strat unless proven otherwise.
Easier said than done though...

You mentioned that you struggled with 6max cash games in the past and considered yourself a b/e reg, can you tell what was your breakthrough point in your game as a nl50 player on stars.fr? Thanks.
Hmm okay. Well, basically, I had a good win rate at 50z fr, but in the end, I saw no future for the game and for myself as fullring zoom was dying and becoming more and more unpopular.
So, I forced myself to learn and play 6max. It took me about a year and a half to get from 25-50z to 200z. Idk why, but I had the hardest of times adapting my game to 6max; I still consider myself mediocre in a lot of 6max spots but I've improved a **** load ever since.
There wasn't really any breakthrough pt. I became "good" at poker a bit before last summer. That's when I finished uni and started playing full time. I used to talk a lot of strat w valee; that definitely help. I would sweat him every now and then too. Same thing w theproksa with whom we sweat each other almost weekly.
I also coached one of my friends and he got as high as 200z before he stopped (lumiere on 2+2, he had a pgc).
I also changed the way I was thinking; learned to think "outside the box" and act as if they were no boundaries. Also, one thing that is primordial in order to get better and grow, is to always question yourself and what you're doing. Is there another way to play this hand that could be better? Was that sizing accurate here w respect to my range? Could I have bluff this otr since it's the bottom of my range or does my line make no sense?
Other stuff I did was read every 6m pgc 100nl + and try and learn from what the OP was saying, hand histories he was posting, etc. Other than that, RIO vids are cool to get in the mood for the grind.
One other thing; I like to "observe" the pool that I'm shooting at late at night before going to bed while watching a show and look at the regs' line and look at the pool tendencies and try and get a feel for the game.
Last thing; I would suggest to anyone that is playing seriously to go and build their own ranges. I did mine over last summer while trying to establish myself at 200z, and it really helped. I would test my new ranges, go and play for 2-3 days, and then, would adjust the parts that didn't seem to workout. Then back at playing/testing the ranges again.
Hope this helps,
