feels like you should keep your frequencies in check because if you make a habit of the way you played that T8o you are going to struggle, that goes for the turn bet too
Yes I know. Thanks for the advice. Did a review of the sesh w a good friend; we talked about it.

PM me for info on the hands; won't discuss them in the thread I believe
Preflop: Hero is MP with J A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $4.54, CO calls $4.54, BTN folds, SB calls $3.54, BB raises to $25, Hero calls $20.46, CO folds, SB calls $20.46
Flop: ($79.54) T 8 K (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $24, Hero calls $24, SB folds
Anyways, don't really know what I'm gonna do now tbh.
I feel like I'm a pretty poor Robin Hood atm; I steal from the b/e regs and regfish at 200z just to give it back to the already super wealthy 500z regs... lol
My friend is shot taking 500z atm so I'll probably sweat him tomorrow before I shot take again myself.
It's kind of cruel that it's 2.5x the stake to 500z.
But you'll make it OP. It might hurt a little until a shot truly sticks but I probably don't have to tell you it's the only reasonable long term option to keep banging you head against that wall
Just keep improving and you'll be fine! (Variance gods willing etc ofc)

My last two sessions (200z), I've experienced gigantic coolers and gross runbad.
I mean, it's okay, it happens but jeez... some of those were pretty sick like top fh vs quads in 3bet pot and other **** like that.
Anyways, it's fine, still think I played close to A-game even though I was getting ****ed hard by the deck. Had Lumiere sweating me for the last sesh and it definitely helped.
Basically, I was saying to him out loud my thought process. I noticed that actually hearing my plan for the hand was helping me a great bunch in taking the best decision on every street.
So yeah, will probably start to talk to myself out loud more and more while I'm grinding.
I've been doing well this month at 200z so I'll be forcing myself these next few days to play 500z only.
Moving up takes time and, tbh, I really don't want to still be at 200z by the end of the year.
Goal is to reach the highest stakes possible. Also, staying too long at one stake can be harmful for your game; you end up getting too comfy and then, moving up becomes even harder.
The 200-500 jump is tough mentally because I'm already making good money at 200z in a mostly stress free environment. Now, at 500z, the sessions are stressful as **** and the money can come and go really fast in huge amounts. Also, all the regs are at worst decent it seems.
Anyways, I'll try not to burn 4k in the first hour and a half like I did at the beginning of the month lol.
I'm starting to doubt if you are real, i played like 20k hands of 200z this year (mainly when 500z or nothing higher is running). I sit down and play and it's a freakin nit fest everytime. No one bluffs, no one bets without the nuts. You and valeee are making me believe everyone is a maniac
