sick month, i was up to 45 stacks after 55k hands, then i ended the month at +18 stacks on 80k hands... really really played tilted, demotivated etc.. maybe cause the money at nl400 where too fast to move...)
- i keept negative bb/100, < 3bb/100
(there i played really really bad at nl200, really frustrated of how bad reg of my sites are and how much they think theyre doing the right moves... just cause i havent runned good there they dont have to do stupid things every time, i feel umiliated by their donkness (dunno if this word exists lol) ).
- i played 25k hands with 15bb/100, i think its a "decent" wr lol...
(of course here the most of the profit, i runned very very hot... pretty happy for that.. i wanted only to not lose 10 stack at the end of the month but continue with the trend, so i could have had more from this month).

from 1 to 10, im satifacted 8 from this month if i think back at october 1st, if i think back at october 28 or today (before the last downswing) im satisfacted 5,5. im very ambitious and very full of ego... i want every time more, its something others maybe dont want as bad as i want it... theyll never have what ill have, even if theyre better than me at playin...

if hem is correct, 27200€/197h = 138€/h (w rb), playin 40% nl100, 45% nl200, 15% nl400 and others..

its a fair enough sample size, but i dunno if i can reapeat this if i dont run good..

dont get a life untill you have a unused 100ke saved in a bank. Then after that you can slackoff, just always have 100k behind for the future and never worry again. You could work for 2.5 at mcdonalds as long as you have 100k behind for emergencies your life will be fine.

downswing from the highest point... really really sick, today i spent and lost a lot of money, -1,2k.. really really tilted, at the end qq < aa, against 7,8% cold4bettor, 15% squeezer, 20% 3bet against me, and this guy is running so ****ing hot, he calls 90bb aq and of course he flips against jj, hes always flipping or starting ahead but he has too much air in his range... its really sick to play against guys like this.. only 2 regs play super crazy aggros, they dont have to balance against me, they always have the nuts, if only i had half the run they have against me i think the site can be closed.

I think you should try playing less tables (compensate by playing more hours if you need the volume) when on a downswing.

Dude the guy already plays every moment he breathes. Cant have more volume than that.

Playing 6-7 hours a day is not "playing every moment you breathe". That's standard for a professional mid stakes player. He can get that up to 8-10 hours per day and decrease the number of tables. Judging by his declining red line in the last sample he definitely has a leak and should be working on that instead of just 12+ tabling on auto pilot.

How long a day you play has a much bigger effect on how often you play your "A" game than amount of tables IMO, if he is tired after 7 hours playing another 2-3hrs of bad poker is not going to improve things.

ye, ure right, but i dont make count how many tables i open + i cant play more hours, maybe 2 or 3 per week can be added... the fact is that ive when on downswing as for everyone happens i dont play anymore my a++ game, but i play my a- and even b game, i think always the opponent's cards come, they always it and bla bla bla... so the most important thing that i have to do is to put focus on any single hand, dont seeing the result of the hands that i played before and dont thinking what will be the result of the next hand. im too much result oriented in the session, but i think on average a lot of player are worst than me managing this thing.

so true... i dont feel too much the tiredness and something like that, im not the guy that whines a lot about things like that (instead i whine a lot when i lose pots, lose money, play myself bad, etc etc..) but only if i had a nice day, if im ok in my mind (so, no dowswing, no pressure, no other things to do in the day etc), and if i have sleeped enough the night before... maybe in 2 or 3 years this wont be true, ill cant play as im doing now... maybe this work is killing me too much.
