Allright, let's recap May/SCOOP finally. In general I enjoyed SCOOP but resultswise the month of May was just very meh. The one major good thing that came from playing SCOOP was noticably improving by playing good structured tournaments with the occasional top reg at the table; just like last year I feel motivated and ready to take a better game into the softer summer games.
Graph of stars/party for May:
Biggest scores (I can't complain about runbad in big fields):
EV-graph (somewhat ashamed to show it this time):
I feel like I'm peaking at the moment in terms of focus, play, confidence and rungood so that should be a great help to skyrocket that EVbb in the upcoming months. Yesterday's session fizzled out in a small loss but I think playwise it was probably the best session I've had all year so am really happy with that.
Scoped around a bit yesterday (I wouldn't dare scoping myself if I hadn't binked something) and what I saw once again made me question the point of playing the glory games. I mean it's fun to go for it and the 109+ timbeys I am frequently playing are way softer than like the 33 5k fo or 27 deepstacks so it's definitely very profitable but on the other hand it's hard to get a good sample, $$$ variance is huge in the grand scheme of things and just plain skipping all 109+ would be a surefire way to reduce variance a ton and just print (in theory at least
). I'm not washed up yet though and I enjoy the thrill too much so for now will just see where those higher games take me. Maybe I'll pull a Lol Tinnion, who knows... Might start selling a bit more of the higher games though.

I went to play live for the first time in Vienna as well which was pretty fun even though I busted the 300eur timbey without dragging a single pot. Mr. Ac3play was still going at it so I sat and grinded some 1/2 in the meantime which had the softest lol_line up I've ever seen. The one reggy looking guy got up after 15mins to play 1/3 and I was left with an Asian lady, an Asian man, three older guys and someone who looked as degen as can be. Got 3-outed from turn to river for a 250eur pot and flopped a flush which lost to the flopped nizzles, but ended down only €100 which isn't too bad at all. Had fun trying to play focussed and patient live and had a few laughs at the table so overall not too negative of an experience and I'm probably gonna play some more live timbeys/cash when a good donkament presents itself. Ac3play unfortunately ended up busting day 1 of the timbey as well so we went home, got beer and celebrated the loss.
That's all for now, folks. Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather and the occasional pokers, untill next update and GL
