Poker:
not much new, was a bit sick, so took it slower.
MTTs: break - evenish since last post (after 25k up in Jan.
)
CG: doing very well at the NL25 regtables on GG last weeks: 10bb/100 last 20k hands - after rake, so with rakeback 15-20bb/100
Muscles:
Imho killed it in Jan., took a week break then (a bit sick), so gained a bit fat, but still a bit muscels with only one week break.
Still no idea whats my weight, prob. went up quite some as I am in the bulking phase
How do i track my progress without scale or body fat measure? Simple: If i gain a hole at my belt I dial back carbs and nuts a bit and up the cardio, if I lose a hole I do the opposite (obviously the load / reps has to go up while that).

Not sure I you guys wann read more about my food & workout routine, so I keep the "workout log" simple.
The weather in Croatia is gorgeous these days, so I treat myself with a big meal in the sun after work basically every day
