Thanks and I don't need it, but I'll end up smoking again at some point probably. And I'll likely freak out and regret it. As long as I don't go back to smoking 5 times a day or whatever I'm happy though. And if I did at least I know I could quit if I really wanted to. =D

Thanks. Yeah I used to smoke a similar amount 1-2g per day. You have to really make your mind up that you don't want to smoke anymore. And you need a good reason to do it. I was 33 years old and my life wasn't where I wanted it to be and I used that as motivation to quit. Also I wanted to be able to apply to different jobs that would require me to not smoke weed.
It's not easy and I had wanted to quit or cut back a long time before I actually did. It's easier to quit tomorrow. There's something psychological about it.

I had terrible withdrawals. Anytime I would quit smoking weed I would get awful nightsweats. That was the worst. And lack of appetite, irritability, insomnia. All of that stuff sucks. Good luck but also don't be too hard on yourself or disappointed if you don't quit.
Try to distract yourself. Try to replace smoking weed with doing some yoga or something. Stay busy go for a walk or workout when you want to smoke weed. Maybe try to stop smoking weed one less time per day.
