Had a pretty horrible session yesterday. Was completely off my game, card dead, and getting owned by the regs.

My mindset was just off, I felt very impatient and on edge.

Took a pretty big dose of Testosterone, 250 mg, before I played and didn't hit the gym. Very displeased with myself.

Went and banged out Whip-it hoe and then went out with a buddy of mine to some bars in downtown PHX. Stayed sober and got my ass handed to me by little 23 year old girls all night.

Going to take the day off from poker, hit the gym, study a bit of everything.

Hopefully I can turn poker around this week, if not will have to find another job.

Officially going to take a break from pokerz.

Sat 2/3 yesterday with 900$. Made some **** / lazy calls and donked off 200.

Even if I went on a tear and 5x'd my buy in, I'm officially in the position where I have to get a job or have a source of income that I can show the court.

And poker is not that.

So back to the job hunt, going to try and slap together a reel to showcase my video production skills, even though I'm still a newbie at Premiere.

Even if I had the heart/skill/mindset to grind poker as a sole source of income, it still looks like **** to the blood-sucking lawyer of baby mama.

I'll still update this thread a few times a week, but it won't not be very heavy on poker action for a while.

If a mod wants to move this thread to the regular blog section, I haven't any problem.

very pleased with how ive been playing and running lately. i think it's the 4th session in a row where i book a profit. yesterday was a bit sloppy but made a good quit after i made kind of a shitty play.

i cb 643 with J6s after opening in late position and folded to a c/r vs an asian player eating noodles loudly. i should have checked it back if i was going to fold top pair to a c/r. but all good. im okay making tighter folds than looser calls and giving away my session's profit.
