hmm ye thats an interesting thought, yep those limp/3bet guys almost always have a premium hand. im not really a fan of pushing pre with rundowns, ofc sometimes is fine but then i prefer to do it when its a spot when its pretty obv that its gonna be 3way and against 2 premium hands but otherwise i rarely like it. your right in that i can get into many awkward spots 4way too ofc, but im pretty confident in my postflop play, so rather see a flop with this hand though i def think its playing fine multiway. i think it gets kind of spewy in the long run pushing with rundowns against what we almost certainly knows is aaxx..

just woke up, and gonna go for another plo100 session, would be nice to do some good results at that level and get settled there. used to be my standard stakes a couple of months ago but then i went on a huge downswing and cashed out much of my roll so would be nice to rebuild my stars roll and be able to play there again!

was enough with half an hour this time, lost 300 again. dont have much to say about how i played pretty standard, dont hit much in 3bet and when i got it in it was like this. at least im happy with myself that i once again quit in time in those semi shots.

so gonna take a couple of hours just chilling then back to the plo50 grind again!

2h session at plo50 done, won 335$ so back on the right side for the day will definitly be more gaming later tnight!

finished the day off with a 4h session at pl50, wasnt really much happening during this session was around even the whole time, ended 55 down so around 20 bucks down for the day.

okey, i figured it easier for myself to keep track if i do the weekly review in the beginning of the week som from now on im gonna check where im at with my goals every monday.

-31,5h of play, will def try to improve this upcoming week. think its ok but would like to put in more hours and i have to if i want to reach the goal at 160h for the month.

-6300vpps, i think its fine, could be better but im on track with this one.

-watched some videos at runitonce.com but been too lazy with going through my hands, big room for improvement here.

-ive won 1420$ at plo50 but lost 410$ at plo100 so +1010$ for the month so far. im really happy with my results at plo50 been running good and satisfied with the way ive played. not that much to say about plo100 havnt been playing more than maybe 3h there and lost 4bi, all in all happy with my results but hope i can move up and play at plo100 more regulary soon!

done with the first session for the day, played 3h of plo50 and ended 460$ down.. ran really really bad 345$ below ev but can still not complain to much though ive been on the right side of the variance quite often lately!

so gonna take some time off and then back at it tonight and hope variance will treat me better then

played another session of 1,5h. started off getting 4 tbls hu against a guy, down 200 early in the match came back to down 80 and he instaleft. a little tilted i sit down at my standard 8 6max tbls, but today was one of those days.. got a little spewy too but not fun to be running so bad. down 760$ so far for the day and been running 520 below ev.

anyway nothing i can do about it just have to accept that it is like that sometimes, one thing i try to do nowadays i had difficult to do a couple of months ago is that i try to quit fast when i feel like im running bad. not fun to play long sessions running bad rather do short ones instead and keep on playing long session while doing good! now im gonna get off tilt with a movie and really hope that my luck have turned around until next session.

played a quite long session and just finished off after 4,5h. so totally played 8,5h today, which is pretty good volume. the misery continued and was down 300 more for a while, at least managed to get that back and finished this session even so ends the day 760$ which ofc doesnt feel good but isnt that tilted though i still think ive played pretty good poker so just gonna keep on grinding and try to put in alot of hours upcoming days!

Got up after only 5h of sleep and just finished off a 2,5h session. won 370$ and felt very good about how i played and how i ran, so good to start off the day after a big losing day with booking a nice win. now im gonna grab some food maybe get some more sleep then back it!


Heres the biggest winner of the day so far usually almost always 3bet this hand obv dont really know why i didnt, maybe didnt saw that it was double suited haha..anyway rest of the hand is standard, think i will call him of it the board blanks too though its such a wet board and he will raise with so many draws otf.

Havnt been playing anything more today so far, got some more sleep and then went out for dinner with some friends but planning to play a long session tonight starting soon!

started the day off with a 3h session, ended with a 180$ loss. felt good about my game and felt that i improved alot with continuing playing my agame while im not having variance on my side! short break now then off to a friends place and grind some more!!

second session for the day, played for 4hours and it was a real swingy one.. started off losing another 350 but then everything turned around and ended session 260 up! ran really good in the big pots which always is so nice.

planning to play more tonight so will be good volume today!

2h session done, so played a total of 9h today, gonna try to play at least this much for the upcoming days. anyway, lost 140 so ends the day around 80 down.. been a long and swingy day where i was down 550 so 80 down doesnt feel so bad after all, i think i played okey today losing focus from time to time while playing much but overall im happy with my play. gonna watch a movie then get some sleep and then aiming for a whole grinding day tomorrow!

first session of the day done, played 2h.. getting robbed atm, lost 600 playing 8 tbls plo50 had some deep ante tbls going too. couldnt win a big pot, so is a little frustrated right now, been losing something around 1200 this week at plo 50, miles below ev.. hmm, gonna upload some of the hands ive played so far.

will take a couple of hours break now then back at it later, feel like its really time to get some rungood!
