not the best volume today, try not to play very much when i feel that i run really bad. 18bi below ev last 2 days and i think ive been running even worse in other situations then all in situations actually, or at least as bad, so last couple of days been kind of sick. but not gonna whine, been running good otherwise so ofc these days will come just have to shake it off and hope ill run better tomorrow! surely is a great way to improve my discipline which i think is a thing ive improved super much this year and which ofc is extremely important since poker is as tough as it is today u cant give anything away for free.

except for poker ive been out walking alot today, walked over to coogee beach for breakfast and then back. think its around 15km total so that was quiet exhausting but felt good afterwards!

so im gonna wrap up first week of september, was a swingy one where im overall is happy about my play but not happy at all about the result. finished up 439$ post rakeback so at least thats something but really hope that variance will treat me better upcoming week

today wasnt as fun as yesterday, ran bad in all kinds of spots all day long. began with a shot at plo200 where i lost close to 800$ before moving down to plo100, was down like 3-400$ more for a while before i recovered some in the end.

so the first plo wcoop event is tonight, starts at 1 am here though so maybe like a 20% chance ill play it since i would have to pull an all nighter then, and im already tired from earlier today when i first went for a run and then for a real brutal workout at the gym

Good questions ive been thinking about this actually.

I would say my standard routines is to play one morning session, one midday session and one during the evening/night. but this is different from day to day really, it depends alot on how im feeling atm.

its +8hours here so its really a significant difference.

I think the biggest difference is around 1-7pm here. thats like early morning until lunch back home, so then its not that many players online if u compares it with other hours of the day. so the difference is mostly that the zoom tables can be a bit slower since its not that many people playing them obv, but i would say that the % of recreational players / bad regs is pretty much the same, sometimes it might even be better value / crazier action during these hours.

- been out running every morning this week and been to the gym 3 times so far.

So this week was fun, played good and ran good so thats a nice combination im up 3610$ for the month so far including rakeback. so thats good, but since ive played almost as many hands as i used to do in a month while 6 tabling regular 6max tables ive noticed that i should be able to make my monthly profit significantly higher since i started playing zoom.

will probably go out tonight so no more gaming today!

Been in to sydney for two days in a row, went to the star casino two days ago to play some 1/2(/5)$. the table was extremely soft, basically filled with alot of weak limpers, i bought in for 400$ aus, so thats like 350$ us i think. picked up a decent pot so had a little more than 500$ when i picked up akkj ace high club suit in straddled pot, 4 or 5 players limps and i pot it up, everyone calls, flop came q63 two clubs so i get it in against a player that covers me who held 63xx with two clubs so was a little blocked and didnt got there so decided to leave after that but will definitly be back soon for more

good day today, began with a morning run, then went to the gym and after that i hung out at the beach for a while with a couple of other swedes that ive met down here. so didnt begin to play poker until after all this so played pretty much rest of the day. was down around 800$ at one point so was nice to turn it around and win some!

1% away from the bonus now, so when i get it tomorrow ill probably take a couple of days off since im on track with all the goals for the month it could be nice to have a few days off

might play the plo 320$ rebuy 6max wcoop tonight, not sure if i will be able to stay awake though, begins 1am local time so will have to pull an all nighter if i do well. have actually played two of the 215$ plo wcoops so far but without any success.
