Big comeback day part 2! hopefully i can begin good tomorrow since its so much more fun playing when being up. Feels good to be able to make these kinds of comebacks though, really makes my mentality stronger.

Had a real nice day today, took the day off from poker and began with a workout with my trainer at 8am. actually had breakfast down the beach around 7.30am, such a massive difference in my routines nowadays haha. i never used to get out of bed before 2pm before i went to australia. then i went to the beach for a while, after that me and a girl im living with down here brought some sandwiches, chokolate, rasperrys, strawberrys and a bottle of whine and went to this cliff in bronte beach that have one of the best views i ever seen. just sitting there enjoying all the goods and listening to music is so awesome. now its movie time and will probably fall asleep early today so no grinding.

Going to hamilton island tomorrow with my sister on a mini vacation but will probably bring my laptop, flight leaves 9.30 so have to get up early. will be there for 3 days then back to sydney on sunday and then off to london on monday!

so, hamilton island was amazing, such a cool place! but pokerwise it wasnt as good, was down 2600$ first 2 days of the trip but recovered some the last 2 days. then i headed off to london on monday and just arrived to my friends place a couple of hours ago, such a long flight first 15h to dubai and then another 8h to get to london. so arrived like 6.30am local and had to get my bag and catch a cab into the city so the time was around 8 when i finally got to my friends place, luckily my friend was pulling an all nighter and was up grinding so i played a couple of hours too and booked a 1800$ winning session so thats a great start of the london visit!

now im gonna catch up on some sleep!

sick sick month, havnt been feeling like updating since its been going so crazy bad. think i lost like 10k$ first week in london, back in sweden now almost busto, down to like 3k to my name so have cashed out my stars roll and made a deposit on to svenskaspel so now its pure grinding and try to run it up again! have had a couple of days of but starting the rebuilding today at plo30$, but still, doesnt feel too bad about it, its just money and its just a game there is so much things in life that is so incredibly more important, but would be nice to catch some rungood now

yep, but i guess i have to look at it as a fun challenge, rebuilding from scratch again!

Off to a good start at svenska spel, have won around 650$ so far. Games are really soft and Im kind of suprised how good the games are during the day actually. Been starting to mix in some plo60$ and some plo75$ already, but with a stoploss. Anyway, feels good to be winning again and the change of site + the importance in winning right now makes grinding really fun right now! Unfortunately i cant post graphs since HM isnt working properly atm, it isnt importing all the hands which is a little annoying, will take a look at it soon.

Wow, i really admire how strong you seem to be mentally in this game. Gotta ask, always had that strong mentality? or did you sort of train it? Gl at the tables.

Thanks buddy! i had a much harder time handling swings in the beginning, definitly. at this time last year i was in almost the exact same position and then i thought it was much harder to handle it. But i got through then and i have much confidence in my game so i think i will make it this time too. I guess you just have to see it for what it is, now im in this position and i might not have made the smartest choices in the past, maybe i should have stepped down in stakes earlier and so on, but whats done is done and all i can do is my best from now on and try to make the best decisions possible from now on!

First week done at svenska spel, have mostly played plo60 actually and its been going good have won almost exactly 1k$ so far.

doing a short review of 2013, its been a fun year with lots of things going on. so happy that i made the aussie trip which was so much fun and changed alot of my mindset about life and health down there. the only bad thing is that ive been wasting alot of money (dont get me wrong here, i dont really look at anything as a waste of money i think money spent is money invested in having fun and making memories but the timing could have been better), which made the latest downswing tough. But even if my financial situation have seen much better days im still positive ill turn things around and i definitly think that 2014 will be a good year

So I will probably not play very much poker in whats left of 2013, so i will comeback in january pumped up and ready to turn things around!

Still havnt fixed hm, been playing without it lately so thats why. anyway, up around 12-1300$ on svenska spel so far and I think i made the right decision to change site. will try to fix hm soon so i can put up graphs again

Alright, time to update! Pretty much way off with all the poker goals so far but its going very well with my life/health goals so it isnt that bad after all

So whats happening is that i took like the 20 first days off this month since i didnt felt motivated at all. But now im feeling the motivation and passion getting back to me and have spread my roll on eurosites, so is playing at prima/microgaming, ongame and 888 atm. Since my roll have taken a big hit last couple of months im rebuilding from scratch and decided to do it very carefully to reduce the chances of going busto. So right now Im playing PLO20Euro and PLO25$$, have set up brm rules this time that i will follow carefully.

My intentions is to climb fast but carefully, and go back to stars as soon as im rolled for PLO100$$ and even if that probably will take a while im really feeling pretty excited about the upcoming journey. I think it was a well needed break for me since i was pretty tired of poker after the brutal months i had in the end of the year. But now ive began to put in some serious hours again and its going alright so far, also poker feels fun again which is really important to me to be able to play good. Unfortunately i cant get HM2 to work with the sites im playing at and i never really used my HUD to check stats anyway i only using it to track my results so i probably wont take time to fix it. So hopefully im back at stars sooner than expected so i can put up some graphs!

Outside of poker ive been working out really really hard so far this year i think ive been at the gym like 22/25 days so far. Been improving my healthy eating alot too which obv is really important both for workout results and for my well being. Still in sweden though, decided not to go back to aussie since i feel like i need to put in the hours and grind alot right now to get a decent life roll again.

Will try to keep track of my results, up like 300$ since comeback i think. Will try to get in some serious volume upcoming weeks

Is on a sick heater last 48h and have won close to 1k$ - 40 buy ins been running really good obv but my game feels sharp right now too. Made many adjustments over the last week since its a pretty big difference to be playing in these games Im playing now from the ones i used to play on stars. So feels great to be rewarded for the hard work ive been putting in since comeback. Managed to cash in Tcoop event 18 too a 27$R for 210$ish.
