Hi kids, it's me again, your regular broke mediocre pokergirl who can beat microstakes sometimes.

Some days ago I had one of my worst days regarding the "taking poker seriously"-days ever when I got up at 6am, wanted to play at 8 am, was too tired but tried anyway, got presented with a nice headache, tried to sleep for another 30 minutes, lay awake 30m instead - then sleeping for 4 hours accidenally, sitting 90 minutes in bed depressed and ended my 10 hour working schedule with 0 secons of poker and 1 hour of dishwashing.

A great end to a "serious" month of poker where I got in only 120 hours like it's a ****ing babysitter job or something.

So what to do? Get into the next gear I guess. So not getting up at 6am it's now 5am and I already did some mini-training and a supershort meditation round. Followed up by this blog.
I don't even know if I will play good today as I only slept like 3 hours, but fk it, I never was disciplined much so at least getting up around 5 am (no alarm clock though, lol) is a big plus for me.

-play, study, rock that **** 15$ 18man like it's 1.5$
-get into playing bigger MTTs again this time around longterm

-overcome everybody who ever said i should get "a job"

Badabing Badaboom, Day#2 of the program and besides being naseous by the lack of sleep that I'm not **** used to, I feel kinda good

got up at 5 **** am, did some light training, meditated, read some pages of a book and as well as my affirmations and gonna work on a vision board after this.

Right now I am reading Think and Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill - it is ultra ancient which gets to you when you see the racist and seemingly misogynistic bits - like only white men can make money. Nevertheless, gotta pound it through.

poker wise I chopped a 2$ Hyper but the 3.5$s didn't come my way. Zero ITM in the 3.5$ 45man, BE at 3.5$ 18man - roll at 262$ right now

Today I learned (yah okay it was yesterday) to eat smaller portions so you don't need to digest as heavy which leaves more room for your brain to work better. Gotta get those moniez! Thinking about joining RIO or Upswing or I don't know - there are too many sites out there

food wise I just crave some **** mozzeralla cheese with an optional "fruit" to go by


let's see if I don't starve today.

Today I slept a bit longer (7am kinda) because I was not that focused yesterday, even falling asleep several times for seconds while watching a lecture on youtube, had to rewind some 3rd minute frame for like 4(?) times

I guess the key to good sleep is to leave all that foggy/dark thoughts behind and just enter the dreamland (god I loved that game)



youtube wise I learned about light, short-term memory, sound restoration from mute-videos (super cool, check out veritasium) as well as not keeping YT on while you got 18 tables running, also I played not enough yesterday so we get to pull this through.

Game wise it was a bit sloppy as well. I just didn't feel good. it started with a backpain where I took some IBU -But too much time had passed since my last meal so I became nauseous from it for the rest of the day Also my 8bitdo pad is trolling me by not geting connected even if it shows in Windows as connected - then when it does my fold button becomes the all in button so you sit there with a ton of tables and try to get the right configuration in, then trying to set it up as a new only to get the whole xpadder program to crash T_T - I had better days

My first 35 games I got in with -75% ROI, then run back up to -3% only to end the day at -16%/-60$

5k hands in 121 games and 6.5 hours. 389$ BI - my goal is to have a 1000$ BI per day, then 1k per day in average followed by 1.5k and 2k for each day including holidays/sickdays et al.

had all those spots where I was 2/5 in 18mans, didn't really know if I should chicken out to get ITM or push through and as always I thought chickening out can't be right so I busted 5th because obv the CL always has 99+ when I decide to push any value hand.


18man I got 1st-4th at x4,3,6,4 but 5th-7th at x9,8,10 out of 80 games- brutal
45man got me one 1st, 2nd,5th and 2x 9th out of 23 games (9% ROI hooray lol)
4.5$ OD - I bubbled again but have a very good ratio of FTs lately, if only they would run more in the morning.

7$ 18man still some days ahead of me, but mathematically I should get there within the next 400 games (if I run at my ROI -observed over the last 4k games)

Gotta start meditation and exercise now, hit up my visual board and read a book.

after that we run through 3.5$ 18man again and maybe we can get into some 180man as well, if I don't lose that much today.

BR at a measly 197$ but no time for being shy. Let's get it in

I don't even know if I was focused or not yesterday, at least I did not invest any seconds into youtube but my ROI was 37% at one point but ended up with -8% again. BB/100 looks very weak so I guess I need to ramp up the training a lot to get into a definite winner state again. I got 2x1st but 7x2nd in 18man which says a lot about my HU game I guess

- BB/100 this year, not enough hands, not enough BB/100 - gotta pump it up!

so a lot of reading today and also not playing c-game !
I got up short of 7am today but my exercise were lame as ****. Didn't sweat at all xD
also still not having worked on my vision board feels like I am way behind anything 90%+ on my efficiency, well. Gotta lose that money

on an unrelated note, Gyrostime!

pretty low day today - got up but stayed in bed, made little to no exercise and when I tried to read strat on the bus I got immediately nauseous, gonna clean the room today and try to get into reading/playing again when I feel better.
Did I learn something today? Being awake and fit is as much as important for your A-Game as knowledge of the game. Let's see what follows

another one of those workwise lazy-days. When you have kids around, you won't get a second to concentrate or something. All you do is cleaning, cooking, helping with homework and being exhausted at the end of the day. Let's see if I can get any hands in before sunday evening

got up at 9.30 today as my kids are freaking night owls lately who in their earliest teenage years can stay up longer than me lately. Old hag I guess ._.

been looking to stroll into 7$ 18man soon as I don't think that my bb/100 will be off that far but training is still key here. Gotta renew my HRC maybe but on another note, I might to learn how to use that program thoroughly as every time I use the program I can't find big blunders in my play, which seems to me like I am using it wrong xD

lol, nice day. got up at 6am, instantly started some tables. realized I hat slept way too little so I was freezing and nauseous. end that session, just close the last 2 tables and head back to bed. Now it's friggin 7 hours later and I feel like a shroom or something xD

gotta go, kids need to be fed

back in the old mindset? not really

while I "only" got up at 9am, I played until 2am so it works out. Really need to get into meditation again. I guess it really helps with concentration and stuff. Dietwise I kind of run into a cheat day because a salami pizza with an extra mozzeralla topping is waiting for me. I am over my daily caloric intake by 1pm lol.

gotta grind those 3.5s as usual and try to hit **** 7$ soon

I was looking up my BB/100 since the start and I actually was -400 at some point at got up to +800 which is waaay lower than it should be. samplesize is 25k which is soo minimal (didn't I manage to fire 10k hands on a good day earlier??)
nevertheless, I guess I will do way less drugs and way more study the next days to get up where I imho belong

been a bit slouchy and my endeavour to lose weight got a cheat day yesterday when I was at the top of my caloric intake after that pizza and my roommate brought only **** from the store home. chocobars, mini sausages, oversugared beef jerky..

gotta pump through

did not play a single hand yesterday but studied and did some exercise, could get used to that if I wasn't that broke, hah. on a slightly -274$ downswing this month after peaking 180$ within my first 120 games.
so -109$ this month in 741 games which is a big no,no I guess. I am charging up here to get it back plus some. I am not dead yet

also, while we're at it. Ramentime!

on another note I am getting that whole postflop rehaul into my head but I stopped playing altogether until I have it hammered in - could only take ages

dropped my volume to zero to get training and some household to the max, trying to stay zero at interwebs. starting holiday in a few days, so that volume will not increase within the next days. will see if i ever get something done in the next 2,5 weeks. gotta read a lot, get the dang sleep right and try not to put crap into my body. if it all works out I might come back with a different mindset and whatnot. vamoo

and while we're at healthy living. a bud of mine had a birthday so I spent some extra minutes in the kitchen to build that.
