Well not exactly. It depends on the opponent, the board, which street and the general situation. Since most players are loose and passive, they are going to be calling with weak made hands and draws and raising with 2 pair+. Aggressive players we should give less credit to for obvious reasons. Vs a confirmed aggro fish I would cbet hand 1 and expect to get called. Then I would simply check call turn and river and take it down pretty often. So in that case I'm not blindly folding to aggression. Vs passive type I'm 3 barreling and folding to a raise.
If u are thinking that in hand 1 they are trying to exploit u by raising your cbet because its a dry flop and we don't rep much and its a good board to cbet because it hits our range (ace high with no broadways or obvious draws) and not his, therefore he can raise us off pretty often with air... No need to think like that, u will just level yourself into bad calls. Yes there will be players doing this a bit even as low as nl4 or nl5, but they are rare and u will soon spot the 'TAGs' and be able to find holes in their own play - often they have high flop cbet and low turn cbet, float them etc etc...
Hand 2 looks like an overpair but its such a bizzare play its hard to tell. Just no need to lose a stack in spots like this, wait for a better one.
