I don't think I ever said that, but even if I did, despite not being a law expert I would wager that being loud enough to be heard through 2 windows at 3 AM qualifies for a some sort of noise report

Gonna share a top tier WSOP tourney registration tip for you guys

Register in the morning. I went when I woke up at 7 AM and literally only 1 other person was there.

If you're a late riser it's still worth it to wake up at 5 AM, register, then go back to bed.

Checked to BTN who bets $40, call, call.

Turn 8d, pot $220
Hero leads $175, fold, BTN call.

River 9s, pot $570
