Oh sorry yes. Don't worry guys I will use my excellent math skills to make sound pot odds decisions in the tournament.

5 hour session today up $930. Hadn't had a really big day in awhile, was hoping it'd be today but lost a pretty big pot that was almost AIPF (SPR<0.5 on flop) with AA73ss vs 5543ss.

Table selecting is hard at 8 AM when the closest two tables I'm considering are a 30 second walk apart from each other. Huge donator sat down in my PLO game, lost very quickly, and left. By the time I picked up from PLO a few orbits later and realized he was playing the 5/10 NLHE across the room on my way out, the game was already full. I continued walking, left the room and just stood in the hallway for what couldn't have been more than 2 minutes considering if I wanted to go back and get on the board. I see him come out and go straight to the ATM during this time lol.

btw my main event action will be closing in exactly 25 hours, so if you want in on that go over to the marketplace thread- not going to consider posts in this thread (and obviously not the ones posted before MU amount was posted too).

Do you think there is enough potential edge and good spots to make it worth learning that game?

rake in that game is brutal.

I've played a ton of pineapple and I will say that the difference between an elite player like a Brian Yoon or whoever else is at the very top is not much different then just a regular guy whos good like me. It's easy to be good and once you get there then there isn't a whole lot of edge between people you are playing with unless you find a fish you can trust to play on the app for reasonable stakes.

Of course the guys who are really, really good have a significant edge (obviously) but there is so much inherent variance in the game and the rake being 40$/hr per player (I believe) makes it not really worth it imo unless your playing like 25+ a point, which is very big.

Playing against random tourists at 10$ a point isn't really worth it imo due to rake.

Main Event did not reach quota, which is np. I have to do a couple more coaching sessions but after that, leaving Vegas within the next couple days!

Haven't decided on destination though lol
