There aren't going to be (m)any spots where you should take one action 100% of the time.. I think cbetting would be my lowest frequency play of all three strategic options.

              Hi
I just discovered this thread, graz to the 100k graph, looks awesome
Just see the redline in your OP, looks little bit like my own microstakes graph. There come up some questions for me as a microgrinder,
did you change your style in moving up the limits to playing a more BE (or +) redline? Do you think its possible to be a good winner @100NL and below with a around -7 to -10 bb/100 redline or do you recommend a complete playing style change? (And if yes, do you have some tips therefore; just if you want to write)
              Thx i a

I wouldn't be too concerned about SD/NSD winnings as they are a function of individual style, overall strategy and game conditions. Just strive to continually improve and make less mistakes than your opponents and you'll do fine. That said, interestingly a lot of the bots accounts that were beating up micros through midstakes were NSD-orientated, likely capitalizing on weak populations and their propensity to over-fold everywhere.

Nah, I don't check results mid-session unless I'm getting absolutely slaughtered (forcing me to evaluate, apply stop-loss and sitout etc). I do however tend to play longer sessions + more hands while I'm losing so naturally I will rostucko reasonably often, or dig a really deep hole

              i personally use -5bi a session and -10bi a day for zoom.

id say -3bi per session and -6bi for the day for micro grinders given they will all* have pretty weak mental games.

Not alot of people are able to play well after losing 6bi for the day, Exhibit A

I don't enforce strict stop-losses, it's more a combination of stopping when I'm playing poorly, losing a lot and game conditions aren't fantastic. I will usually call it a day if I'm stuck more than 5bi and the tables are meh

I made a really nice omelette for lunch that I'm rather proud of. It was with bacon, onions, plenty of cheese obviously, oregano, basil, cayenne pepper and ground black pepper. Mmm it was tasty
