If you want to play MTTs, play recreationally.

If you quit a 6 figure job to multiable small stakes MTTs online, you're bringing so much unnecessary stress into your life. There's no justice in MTTs.

What's up everyone. I am sorry it's been so long since my update. Good news and bad news.

Poker Update


Getting closer to 20k in profit. I believe I have made some good progress. However, I haven't made as much progress as I would like. One of the biggest reason being that I have been so consumed with building content. Some of you may have seen me on TikTok (I won't share which one because I believe that's against the rules here), but that has been taking a lot of time, so I haven't been able to study as hard as I want to.

My goal is to develop some sort of routine that's non-negotiable.

General Update
I see huge potential in this and what I am doing in terms of poker, content, etc. I am officially making the move out of NYC to go truly all-in on this. I am super excited about what is to come.

I plan to travel 1-2 weeks out of every month, playing in tournaments, and vlogging. 2 weeks I am home, I will study, play online, stream, etc.

Highest Priority Item
My highest priority item is to figure out costs and expenses of traveling so much. I would love an investor that could cover all things. I'm not necessarily interested in making big money in poker rn. I am more concerned about breaking even and surviving. Not sure what the best step is to go about finding one, but that will be a massive unlock to do what I do. I really do believe there is massive potential.

I again apologize for the lack of updates on this. Hope everyone is doing well and I will try my best to provide updates more often.

i dont know if this is actually a rule or not, but even if it is its very unlikely to be enforced, there are exactly zero mods reading this random PBG thread. you are on the correct track in realizing that the money in poker is not actually in grinding small stakes online games, but developing a large public following which will potentially allow you to organize soft high stakes games, organizing app games for your followers where you take a cut of the rake, charging huge markup and getting freerolled by your followers into 10k+ events, getting a seat at extremely soft live streamed Hustler/Lodge games etc.... Brettski has gone from rags to riches in a very short time while not even being really good at the game, if you have a good personality this is really the way to make real money in poker.

Taking a cut of rake is illegal and yes some people are getting rich off it for now but there very easily could be a big downfall in the end from that stuff. Would definitely suggest not doing that as tempting as it may seem. Other than that the other stuff sounds fine as long as representing to your followers honestly.
