Hi. My name is Martin and I have lots of time on my hands for the next 7 or so months due to dropping out of uni for the year (will be going back in October) because of depression.
I’m therefore looking to do something “productive” with my time so going to learn hyper turbo HUSNG’s to see where I can get with them.
Background
I’ve been playing poker for 5 or so years, playing up to nl50 on various sites with varying degrees of success. One thing that I have always lacked is dedication to anything in my life and this is what I’m going to change, starting today.
This is my hyper graph, playing the $1.50 games. Around the 750 game mark I really started to understand the way that you need to adjust to other peoples play. At this level people are so exploitative. I don’t really have tilt problems so the variance in the hyper HUSNG’s not massive deal for me.
My long-term goals are:
[ ] Get to at least the $15 level by the time I go back to university
[ ] Don’t become stagnant in how I play (always want to be a better player)
[ ] Have some structure to my life
[ ] Get “poker” friends that have similar goals
My short term goals are:
[ ] Get to the $3.50 games by late April
[ ] Play on average a 40 hour week
[ ] Go to the gym 5 times a week
[ ] Some form of study one hour a day
[ ] Read the Mers ebook and watch the chadders0 vids(watched them a few times but always learn something with each watch)
[ ] Update the post daily
Br is currently at $150 for the sake of having 100 buyins to start the challenge
Thanks for reading!
