I've been playing poker for some time, did MTT's, SnG's, cash... never really found what fits me best.

Will be trying to beat HU hypers now and hopefully i'll be playing them for a long time. Starting at $1.5 and played 370 games so far (1.8%ROI).



My goal for now is getting an ROI of 4% at 1k games (630 to go). But that's just sort of a guideline of what i'd like to see.

Will do, although my study is mostly watching vids (only watching vids actually), never understood how people can learn from watching their own hands in a replayer.

Didn't play for most of the weekend, played a short session and played bad (hence the "short" session)

Soooo it seems that I simply cannot have a winning session, which is quite a bummer.
Not sure if downswing or playing bad.

Ticked off the 1k games as well, didn't get the 4% i wanted but all good.



I've been more 1st than 2nd so i was a bit weirded out that i lost over 50$ on these games so far. So i calculated what i've lost to PokerStars (rake) and it's $65,12
The rake really is killing...

Been watching alot of JackTheshipper vids, although they're pretty old but nevertheless useful content. Also HUSNG on youtube.

started playing 3.50's yesterday cause someone who is fairly well at these said skilllevel isn't higher on 3.50 + the rake is less deadly.
Will continue to play these and move down at 35BI's

I never really understood how people can learn from watching their own games, since I think that if you're not aware of mistakes you could make, how can you spot them?

But I will give this studying a try though, for every 10 games i play, I will review 1 game (minimum). Don't know how it'll go but we'll see.
First I will see if I apply nash ranged correctly for push/fold and if my openingranges are good.

I'm down to 21 BI's for 1.50$'s sigh...

So i'm so unsure if this is a downswing or i'm just bad... I've seen some blogs of hyperplayers and they get f'd over alot too, but is it that normal that villain gets every river they need, every 2/3-outer? I don't know... so many questions atm..

Tilted when i dropped to 10BI's for $1.50's after a ridiculous run, decided to splash last $$ on $7's and $15's and got up to around $60 and took a break.

Continued to 2 table $3.50 and I am really happy with the way I played, also feels good to run just even with EV

Pretty happy about how I played today, 1tabled for a bit and it went very well, will do that more often.

Why do you do graphs by hands played rather than games played when showing all in ev? I guess to show SD and non SD winnings?

hey dizzy i didn't know before how to get ev by games so i did by hands now i got it figured out.
