Never lose half your bankroll if you are never feeling confident DROP down immediately rebuild confidence.

Study your game, abuse cheap training sites such as deucescracked.

Review 3 hand histories a day and see if you liked how you played the hand ETC and if you would play any other way.

Didn't do anything with it, just decided that I don't want it that bad at this very moment... can get into tons of. Doesn't mean that I don't run/ exercise though whenever I have time.

I'm back.. it was a 2 week "vacation", felt like a long one after one week I got bored of going out doing things, I just wanted to get back and continue playing poker. Still working on my Video Series, have a solid outline going down. Hopefully will grind a monster session tomorrow.

I finally got back and I really missed poker.. heh was a high variance game and was multi tabling two regulars today. Ended up on top though !
Was a great introduction from my long hiatus.



Life is good, i'm finally understanding how everything works how to control everything and how to be more confident in myself. I was always very self conscious about how I was and about how skinny I was despite me always saying "I don't care" inside my shell still always kinda hurt me a bit. But now I really mean it, I'm very happy at where I am at right now and only expect to continue to progress. There was this one girl who I couldn't get over for about 18 months (and rarely even seen her). Realized how flawed I was thinking and was just stuck on trying to get her and hope to achieve success and one day be with her. But I haven't developed socially nor have I changed entirely as a person, so like poker why do I expect if I keep everything the same one day she'll just change her mind? That is when I realized everything, I wrote down everything I was thinking about and the pros and cons about her. I eventually realized shes just an average girl who is fairly attractive, but there will be a time when I can do better. I am "over" her and feel like a new man and the huge depression/bipolarness towards my friends and others feels like its been lifted from my chest. A new leaf.. and I'm now on a new level of understanding. Workin' on turning my dreams into reality's still, got to have an empire and leave my mark in the world.


Now going to rest and then work on my video series tomorrow! Cya all Tuesday!

Today was a good day.. It coulda been better I was about to have my best day. Was up 4 Bi's against this reg and then he completely turned it around and ended up taking it all back and lost a couple back as well.

Oh well its part of the game. Still very happy with results obviously. (I only managed to get in 5 hours today though so thats the part I didn't like). Couldn't sleep yesterday (ended up writing too much) I have a couple of more verses I ended up writing through out yesterday may end up putting it up if a lot of people like it, which resulted in me sleeping me more today because I had a huge headache and didn't believe I could play well very happy with my decision but still not happy with hours put in.

Today turned out terrible again. Tomorrow I will be playing ZERO regs, got to rebuild confidence kind of hurt a bit but no worries. Will do better tomorrow hopefully.. Off for a walk now

WTF... Are you SERIOUS..!?! What a stupid day lol, I didn't set the alarm clock and I ended up falling asleep for 17 hours. Well time to catch up and get right off to grinding.

Hope I could get some decent volume in, will probably play regs as well now.

Was running tooo hot last month so a 7k downswing at my stakes is no big deal.




(will drop down from 1K if I have to, we will see what happens as the days go on as of now I'm not planning to not going to have too much pride and keep staying at stakes while I'm losing a ton, RATHER I would like to accept these losses for what it is, and then whenever I do better I will move back up and resume playing at 1KNL).

Decided I'm not going to play anymore for today got enough beatings for today =) Gonna go out and have some fun(hopefully).

Well today was going great I kinda overloaded myself, whatever though lol.

Basically played 4 hours, took a 10 minute break and then played another 4 hours.

I usually take like an hour break. but... just decided to knock it all out

This week was a real tough week. I ended up the week in the black, but this week was very dreading that it felt like a month.

Pros about the week:
I didn't tilt AT all.
I played good poker.
I was very disciplined and listened to anything I said I would do for the day.

Cons about the week:
Stop lossed once
Played less hours
Most I ran under ev

I felt like I got owned a lot, but.. I mean I ended up in the black so I shouldn't be complaining. I ran hot last month, so this month I'm not running so hot, its part of the game, but it was too much for my mind to withstand for the week lol which is why I reduced the hours went out more and know that there still is a tomorrow and the next day to recoup.

I am thinking of starting to play some NL HU myself and would like to ask a couple of questions.

Why did you decide to focus specifically on NL HU games rather than other forms of poker?

What advice would you offer for somebody starting out on a HU journey but who has played a lot of 6 max NL and PLO?
