Advice about what? I feel like only yourself knows who you are born alone die alone so the best advice comes from within. Skill wise I feel highly skilled for the stakes I'm playing which coupled with other obvious things that anyone would have a problem with is causing me to tilt and go up in stakes. You think I should have that low of a vpip at stakes I crush I disagree maybe 45 percent is better and more conducive to the number one goal of growing my bankroll.

But I said in a prior post I need to get my vpip down so that's why I don't agree with advice I know what I'm doing wrong and am getting happier coming out of a depression so again I disagree unless you give me an example which I feel is proper but I don't wanna tilt and start calling people names I'm in a bad mood I cut my testicles off because I was ****ing to much at 27y.o. and thought God was gonna cause the apocalypse because of me and wanted me to cut my testicles off and he wouldn't so I did and was diagnosed with schizophrenia than but my mood fluctuates cuz virtually 0 level testosterone... lol 8)

A good idea is to write your goals down somewhere you will look at it everyday so you will stay focused on achieving that goal everyday. Have it on a piece of paper you will look at daily--it's going to have more meaning hand written than just looking at it on your thread here. And, it will give you that daily reminder what you are striving for.

Lots of decent books out there to get your mind into the right place not just with poker, but with life itself. I'm all about aspirations (cooking channel, making rap music, becoming a pro player); you just need to lock down that mindset and follow your passion. Good luck sir.

I dont smoke weed I don't do any drugs except ciggarettes which I never smoked when young. I smoked weed from about 22 to 25 but have maybe smoked weed 5x since 2012. I've only even drank beer like maybe 20x since 2012 and most of those times was at a poker table. When my accident happened I was prescribed adderall and when I stopped taking it my body was used to it and I couldn't get to doctor in time for prescription and I think the affect from withdrawing from it (again I was prescribed it by doc) made me go into an extreme depression and that brought out the schizophrenia which runs in my family on mom's side.

My bank let me overdraft $225! Hallelujah just going to grind plo$20. Up $10 in the game I'm in within first 20mins of sitting down. Goal like from before is to single table plo$20 try to have a 40 percent vpip and make $20/day till $800 than 2 table plo $20. Lesson learned from last deposit was to have a schedule 4 hours in am than take a little break and 4 hours later on. Since its boring here I could play a 3rd session if I want. Or idk I kind of feel like if a table is good than it's ok to keep playing but just kind of letting the fact sink in that there's life outside of poker will or should help my game in ways.

I dont really have delusions. I'm just thinking more of money and at 39y.o. kind of a midlife crises so not normally a person that relys on God much but kind of am aware that in a way there's God... but trying to say was thinking more of money like a normal person because in shelter but kind of patient as I still got half my life left and God helping me concentrate and not be so caught up in stature from a society type of way.

I used to hear voices but feel closer to God since then they've stopped and I feel more connected to people I didn't feel connected to people in past but like said in earlier post I feel alot of love from random strangers and feel grateful for it because I used to feel alone alot but now with Jesus I feel like I'm not judged in a society type of way and he makes me feel like my delusions are just a normal imagination in a way so I feel normal.. I want to like said get off s.s.i. within a year or two and pay taxes

I hate playing micros it's not fun... I have to come up with ways to stay interested in the game if i try to build a roll with micros and its to much for me. I DO Love poker but it's to much stress to try and grind micros in a shelter I want to have fun playing

So I'm not having any more plans or goals except to play the best poker I can..

I feel like my table image is suspect. I usually mind my own business but since mom passed its lonely so I've been pushing relationships.. like I usually am pretty antisocial but extroverted in a way. So in a way my identity was messed up because I identify with the loner "type" in a big way so my poker "face" was pretty good as well as my table demeanor which I feel like solidifies your thinking to play properly fundamentally.. like you stick to YOUR game in a way and it makes decisions easier.. now that I'm coming out of a depression and getting my feelings on track my thoughts are changing as well where as I was playing to mentally trying to grind micros stakes... it was taking the fun out of playing and I play to have fun I love poker so going to like said not going to have goals except to just play my best poker. Unsure what stakes I'm going to play just going to go with the flow when it comes to that

Think I misplaced a hand.. was utg and raised kkj10 ds... 225bbs effective. Utgplus2 raised pot and later position pots it for around 40bbs Allina. I was scared utg plus 1 had aa and was going to raise me Allin. He had aces. If we know a player has aces in this situation is this a good fold? It's probably close but I think it's right to fold this hand? Thanks

Hand... I have akk6 I believe in mp and button has been raising so I call with plans to 3 bet or happy to see a flop... he does and bb call. I 3 bet to 22.5bbs and both call. Flop is kj6. I bet pot but am th8nking I should've gave him a chance to bet. O well ottnh
