Long story short:

Started playing 6-7 years ago.
First 2 years building rolls and busting 'em.
Dropped out of school to fully focus on poker, losing many friends, and nearly my parents too.
Became friends with grindcore, started improving rapidly.
Next 2 years, crushing livegames for a living.
Experienced big financial setback.
Picked up poker but played online exclusively.
Built roll from $200 playing husng before moving to 25NL.
Currently playing 50NL.
From that initial $200 I withdrew some 20ish K up to date.

Meanwhile:

Got married, became father, gained weight, grinded a lot, worked very little on my game.

Why this thread?

I need more structure so I can achieve the "Holy trinity" mentioned in the title.
I've always been into sports, been proud of my body. Today I'm eating way too much junk and barely getting out of the house.
For a relatively short guy i just hit my record weight. (1,73m - 86,5kg)
My time distribution is awful. Sometimes I end up doing a 3 hours work for 6 hours - just because laziness and exposing myself to distractions.

Goals for december:

Health & lifestyle:
-No large meals past 19:00
-Eat healthier!
-Wake up early every day.
-Buy a basketball and spend 30-45 minutes on the court every morning. Shower, shave, grind.
-Lose weight to the point where I can like myself again.
-Do something nice for my wife at least once a week - surprise her.
-No more phones/laptops for me or my wife past 21:00.

Work:
-Dont play more than 3 tables zoom.
-Play at least 80k hands
-Learn to fully use all the CREV features I need.
-Take 3 days off.

Hobbies:
-Chess:
-Do not play more then 3 blitz games a day (30 minutes)
-Finish Smerdons book on the scandinavian defense.
-Finish "City of Thieves - David Benioff"
-Do not check this forum, or update it more than once a day.

-Re-evaluate/update list end of every month.

I hope I can make this thread an interesting read even though im not writing it for entertainment purposes.
If u got any tips for me how to handle some of the points that need attention, input is appreciated. (especially the wife-surprise-part).

Thank you.

Morning y'all,

Looks like we got a new friend (see pic at bottom of this post). Gave her some milk. Maybe big mistake, but it was a cold night. I remember my father warning me to never feed straycats coz they would then "come every day and become a huge pain".
Well, I guess I always sucked when it comes to listening to dad.

First day of the "new life" was kinda nice. Did not eat past 19:00 .
Woke up waay to early this morning. Reading an article on Kobe's work ethic got me all motivated.

Im not too enthousiastic however. So far, whenever I tried to turn a new page in my life Id be super eager to do it at the start, to only fall back into old habits after a few weeks (slowly but surely).

Had a rollercoaster day @ work. Spewed in 4 spots. Having reviewed these hands I guess one spot was fine. In two spots I overplayed raising river when Its hard to get called by worse but I was blinded by the "absolute" handstrength of my hand not thinking in relative terms. Another spot I cR triple barrel a fish to see my gutter/backdoor miss and got snapcalled by K6 on K549J. In another spot i squeezed some J9s and tripled a reg on A77QK to get looked up by AQ.
The rest was fine I guess. Few outrageous hands Id love to post but I can't since it might hurt my gameplan.

Im no friend of posting graphs this early but just to show .. it does resemble a real rollercoaster/sine function.

What shall we name him/her? (drank all the milk in no time)

Now in for an early grind session and as soon as the clock hits 9 im off to the shop to buy that basketball.

Have a nice day!

Update.

Bought that ball, spent entire morning with five 17 year olds (their teacher was sick - yea right).
Tried to hang out the wise guy:
"Smoking is bad for you - I did it for 14 years"
"U can be whatever u wanna be.."

Then I realised that the odds of me having some impact on them at that age were equal to get struck by lightning on a sunny sunday afternoon, on february 29th, while taking the subway to the place you are supposed to cash you lottery ticket.

Their ball handling/shooting was very poor, but damn they could run and jump and push, and pull..
Today: EVRRRYYYHING hurts. Ill to some excercises with small weights at home and thats it.

Pokerwise, same old rollercoaster. Volume-wise slightly behind on schedule but no reason to worry yet.

Looking through the hand history of my biggest losses, on 6 occasions i got stacked or stacked myself. 4 times it was fine I guess, once I'm not so sure, will have to work that out. And once was outrageous spew in retrospect even though at the moment I thought I was making a great play. The play itself isnt that bad but the execution certainly was.

Also played a HUSNG tournament for fun. 220ish players KO w bounties.
Got myself kicked out in the 5th round just before the "big" money.
Noteworthy is how I survived the 1st round though. It was the 3rd hand when villain minraised and I flat, He overbet cBet and called my huge cRJam just to leave me at 2bb vs his 148bb.

A few minutes later..

Cat still needs a name. I do have a candidate though.

Here is a tomato. Love it.
