Hello 2p2!
Welcome to my blog and to my looong path to become a true PLO pro
Some info about me
I've been playing poker recreationally since I was 18 (I'm currently 23) and I discovered PLO about 2 years ago. I won several tourneys running really hot but then I was losing it all playing under-rolled on the cash tables.
I really love the game (with all its deathly swings) and I finally decided to give it a good try: solid BRM, a lot of study hours, HH reviews, etc.
I wanted to start this thread on January, but due to exams (finishing Economics) I decided not to play till February. Instead, I used this time to study the game. As I was a lot of hours in the library studying, it was easy to switch to PLO when I was tired of Economics.
In this time, I read Hwang's The Big Play Strategy and took notes. Right now I am starting his second book, Advanced PLO Vol. I which should bring my game to the next level.
I subscribed also to Deuces Cracked and downloaded ALL PLO videos available. I just finished watching V.Selbst and Whitelime 2x6 series, and took notes also.
Next video series I'll watch will be PLO, by Whitelime and the PLO Master: Phil Galfond
Starting Bankroll
About 400$ so taking shots at PLO10
Goals for the Year:
[] Study A LOT the game: Read all Hwang's books, watch tons of DC vids, read Bug's PLO guide from Donkr, review sessions, post difficult hands at 2p2... Would be cool also to find some study buddies
[] Beat PLO100 with a solid BB/100

That's pretty much it. Learn a lot, crush even more
And DON'T whine about variance, rake, or any other excuse. I know I can beat this game.
Time to prove it!
