I HIGHLY recommend buying
"PLO quick pro"

A few pros put it together and it's insanely good for getting a handle on PLO.
I have it on a thumb drive if you were anywhere close to Austin Tx.

It's not cheap but look into it and consider it. If you have a few friends interested in taking PLO to the next level you guys could split up the cost.
(Just a thought)

I'm back on the grind today. I hit all my goals except sending 100 hhs. I'll shoot for the same goals this month.

Went out to Red Rock Canyon yesterday, highly recommend it, only 7 bucks to get in and the scenery is breathe taking scenery.

I finally picked up a new phone since my contract expired, got the HTC one. I can actually take screen shots with it haha.

I think the exercise/fruit/water combo had a positive effect. I also played mostly graveyard shift so games were very soft. I thought through all my decisions and made less big mistakes.

I'm going to hit up the 2+2 party tomorrow should be fun playing some random poker games and meeting some fellow degens.

I actually lost a buy in today feels odd haha. Played one funny pot where I flopped mid set oop, was planning to c/r but the pfr bet tiny so I figured I should just c/c because I put him on QQ or JJ trying to get thin value on the K high board. I c/c turn and c/r river expecting a fold and he calls with kings full. I should've gotten stacked, I had 400 left.

Also saw some drunk guy snatch 40 bucks from a lobbying players stack. Security tracked him down and made him pay it back.

I played a session at Rio, was 3 betting a ton. I only got 4b twice. First time I folded, second time I had aces I wasn't sure wether to call oop and play postflop or click it back and hope he has KK and isn't going away. We were like 250bb deep. I opted to 5 bet and put in half my stack he tank folded what he said was AKs, pfr said he had AK aswell.

I put in a decent session, got it in kinda light in a couple spots not sure how good or bad it was.

My volume has not been too great so far this month. One of my best friends from high school is coming from the bay area to hangout this week so probably won't been able to knock out as many hrs. Looking to burn it to the ground in the later half of the month just like in June.

I installed a new app on my phone called goal tracker, it's pretty cool. I can use it to track all my goals poker-wise and life-wise. It shows progress expressed as a percentage and has a little star that shows what pace I should be on.
