    I played a really interesting hand yesterday that a few Skype buds think is ok, some think folding is fine but 3betting turn isn't good, and others think it's a ridiculous fold. Thoughts? Read the HH thoroughly, particularly pre.

    http://weaktight.com/7260271

    Results wise yesterday was dire in the end, -6bi, was +6 at one point. So much volume is going to include swings obviously, but they're getting annoying.

    I don't think the fold is bad, I mean what else is he this way that isn't aces? Even though it is one combo... lol. Q7/77/AQ bet flop 100% of the time.. and for that reason I wouldn't 3b turn.

    Stat on villain? Would never fold vs rec player or fish, will call against reg and evaluate river.

    By that token so does AA. Pretty sure this is a snap call. Expecting to chop some.

    I assume he would snap call for 100bb? That's one of the reasons I don't like playing deep stack, it just puts you much tougher spots, unnecessarily imo.

    No, not really. A lot of regs will check AA because we block so many hands that might call and we're so far ahead of anything. I wouldn't expect a reg to ever check 77 here though and nor should they be.

    But anyway 3b/folding vs a whale is obv criminal because they CAN slowplay stuff like 77 or overplay Qx.

      Ok ok, I concede; it wasn't a very good fold! I think the constant set over sets and one outers and runner runner runner runner runner runner flush and constant KK < AK over the last week or so possibly levelled me into thinking it was okay to fold. To be expected when putting in so much volume, just wish it'd go in my favour sometimes

      Looking forward to the year being over!

      @AQo Hand

      I would def fold pre flop in 9max, but once you get to the turn, there is a 0% chance i am folding eventhough he did play it like AA, but ppl are ******ed and will show up w hands besides AA here so w/e

      in sum: lol you have 2nd nuts never fold bro

      AQ is kinda interesting. I don't think folding is that absurd. It really looks like AA, tough to imagine him playing anything else like that. I wouldn't fold, simply because there's only 1 combo of AA and he can have AQ atleast, maybe bluff sometimes, overplay sometimes...
